After all, such an insult might be considered discrimination, and that is not allowed according to article 1 of the Constitution. Note that this law is in flagrant contradiction to free speech, which is only mentioned in article 7, with reference to the law (see article 1).

So you have the right on free speech unless Constitutional article 1 says you have not!
