I have curly hair and I really dont know what to buy as i have none of these products such as live-in conditioners, heat protectants or serums...you should do a video on how you use them so that we have an idea...i love your videos :) and my second question is 'how often in a week do you use these products?' please reply, thanks

@strangeluv100 For curly hair you really do need to get a leave-in conditioner, the heat protectant is a must if you ever use heat on your hair no matter what type of hair. As for everything else, it really is dependent on what you want and what you have.

I use the L'oreal tec hot style iron finish before straightening my hair, but it doesn't work in keeping my hair straight coz of the humidity.. Definitely gonna try your recommendations.. :)

I used to have semi wavy hair. It was more bigger waves than those tight little curls, but my hair was really frizzy and just too much hair. Within these last 7 years or so, my hair actually airs dries straight& frizzed free.

The thing is, my mom has those little waves that are absolutely beautiful for the beach, well, they remind me of those tossled sea salt sprayed waves lol

But she doesnt really care much about her hair, its seriously a MEDUSA head.

Would those products work on her?

I use the smoothing milk all the time!! I love it! I have been using it for about 2 years now! It's works really great to tame my frizz in pony tails and when I have my hair curly!

These products don't actually hydrate though. They're full of silicones and that's why you hair feels smooth and hydrated, but it's just coating you hair. Just F.Y.I :)

OMG I've been using the smoothing milk since I was in 6th grade nd I've gone through so many bottles I love the way it makes my natural waves/curls look so bouncy nd smooth :D

I also have been using the CHI silk infusion heat protectant I love it because when I use this as a heat protectant nd I'm done straightening or curling my hair it leaves my hair so smooth nd shiny while if I use any of my other heat protectants my hair doesn't feel as smooth or silky so yeah :)...

You should try using the curly girl method. The products you're using aren't as good for curly hair as ones that don't have protein or silicone.

@tuLiaMaRiE28 I use a Nikon D3100. And once I get out of the shower I use the garnier smoothing milk, then the chi silk infusion, and then I decide how I want my curls to look that day. If I want them more defined, I would go for the gel and then thats it. Let my hair air dry !

I have super tight/spiral curls and for the longest time I hated my hair because I could never find good products... Luckily, I recently started using 'Catwalk : Curls rock amplifier' & I think it's great. It would probably work great for your hair too. :) Btw, in my opinion, I don't think Garnier mousse works, it just smells good, and it actually MAKES hair frizzy. lol

I love the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine it DOES work lol. Have you ever tried the TRESemme Extra Firm Control (Mouse all day humidity resisitance)? I think it does what it says, which is firm control and frizz control :D
