I disagree, they will either make another DS version, OR a 3DS version. They wont make a WC2012 game for DS and 3DS. Most likely they will make it for the 3DS. But i can guarantee you that it wont come out for both.

Aside from that, if you use the word "duel" when describing the playing of this game, you can't be very good anyway. This video is just twelve minutes of you trying to explain something that could be summed up in about two minutes.

I do believe Nexus refers to spiritual crossroads where all powers eventually cross over. Basically an infinite bi road of energy of some sort. So bearing that in mind, "Over The Nexus" could mean surpassing infinity.

As for the rumor of the fake game I think I can clarify that ones title at least.

First it would be referring to Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal the new anime series which started a few months back (pronounced Zay-all) and numbers are the original name for what the dub calls
