  • tzuyenwang-

i was wondering if you could give me some tps on how to get the white part of the pour to come out of the jug earlier? i can do a single rosetta fairly easily, but i cant understand how your get the white part out early enough to do three!!

  • I am not sure what equipment you are using, but my tips are: getting the spout of the jug as close to the coffee as possible (tilting cup and almost "stick" the spout in) Also, leaving the milk in the jug after steaming to rest for 10-15 seconds is better than pouring immediately. Make sure you do swirl the milk while in jug though.

  • ahh yes, i normally pour straight away. thanks for that, i appreciate it. cheers

  • 5 rosettas are difficult indeed. But I have rarely seen anything more than 3 that actually look visually appealing. On that note, competitors who do single rosettas and hearts tend to do better than people who try multiple patterns. Long live the milk!

  • thats tru

  • my friend doing 5 rosette to latte and 2 on the espresso machiatto he is Vice Championshiop Europe 2007 on Art Latte

  • oh my god

  • Drink a few of those and let's see ya do that!!

  • very very nice!
