  • im looking for a converted K3 to super16. PM me if you have one 4 sale

  • great shots and uses of time lapse and slow motion- I want to see what he finds! Is there a part 2?

  • It reallly is a lovely track by Boards of Canada, it's nice to find other people in the world with such good taste!

It is called 'M9' from the Boc Maxima album!

  • boards of canada is KING

  • fps?

  • Is your K-3 motorized? I purchased a hand whined K-3. I hate it, it runs for like 25 seconds, then you have to whined in back up again.

I tried to contact some Tobin Crystal sync company. But they stopped making the motors. I don't recommend anyone get a Krasnogorsk 3

  • Ummm what about keeping it continually wound?

I have one with a motor and lugging batteries while shooting is extremely tiring... plus adds wires which if no ones pay attention. SNAG.....

    Pros and Cons to everything

  • Wanna sell it?

    M42 mount only, though.

  • cool what was th music

  • film - depends which one. it's just a normal 16mm stock

  • I didn't think FUJI made a B&W stock!?

  • Excellent video! Some really beautiful shots. Where's the music from if you don't mind me asking?

  • The music is by boards of canada

  • Do you know which song is it by Boards of Canada? The tracks awesome.

  • I like the timelapse shot the best too. Very nice. The slow-mo of the running was nice too but looks like you failed to account for the 2x increase in shutter speed :). Otherwise nice.

  • Is Film Expensive?

  • nice, i was looking into a Krasnogorsk 3 for a horror film i'm putting toether. i love the time lapse part.

  • what your seeing is a bootleg recording of that film being projected onto a wall, and to boot it's being recorded by interlaced tape, that makes it look like trash. once the mechanics inside the camera are cleaned up, there wont be any scratching on the film.

Was shot using the K3, this video here on youtube is just trash, using shitty black and white film and capturing it through recording a projector on a wall.

  • I am looking into a K3, but am not dead set, this is some of the only footage i can find from one, and I am not too impressed with what i see. what stock did you shoot on and what cam did you use to telecine?

  • rad

  • nice! Yea, i shot F64D this august in my K-3 but i got a big scratch down the left side of the frame. other than that i thought the resluts were amazing!

  • Made no sense whatsoever, but still good.

  • whats interesting about this film is theres literally nothing in that make sence and yet i love it. good cinematography!

  • interesting study
