Nice to see the interview, having been at the gig/riot in question. I remember him defying the curfew and playing on until the sound got unplugged, then coming back on with an acoustic... it ended with him being bundled rougly off stage. A lot of mounted police in evidence.

Saw him the other night. Obviously he can't play guitar any more but it was still a cracking set. And he's still got Cook on drums - they've worked together for years; Cook played the vibes part on the original recording.
