Hm, kinda of trivialises the song. The original JD version is heartbreaking to listen to, whereas Jose's has no emotion whatsoever. I've yet to hear a cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart that actually does the original justice, I don't think any can because Ian Curtis' performance was so personal.

ah come on guys, I mean I kind o see what y mean.. there are alot better covers of this beautiful moving tune going around but t be fair I don't think he murdered it he just changed it to play the way he felt it. If he didn't try that sort of thing he'd never've come up with the Knife cover we (many of us) know and love. So he missed this time but"rock on Jose" I say.
