This is one of the best episodes of all Transformers Cartoons, next to The Return of Optimus Prime. Seriously I think Hasbro really needs to reboot the live film and give it a more serious tone, base it on both this episode and The Return of Optimus Prime, and concentrate mainly on Optimus Prime. Period.

Damn I cant believe I missed this episode and I thought Ive seen all of G1 since this is tha time which I was a kid then I new the story of Optimus from the key to vector sigma episode when Alpha Trion was telling the story of the matrix origins and all (I think that was the the episode) but anyway I guess all 98 episodes are finally complete for me now since I watched this LOL

This episode was intended to be more violent, megatron was meant to rip off orion's arm and take his head of with it. But the writers changed it 4 some reason, but wat a cool way to die doe lol.
