its hella easy if you have the sticks, diagnal down and back charge, diagnal down foward, back diagnal down, up foward diagnal and punch or kick, do it kinda quick after the charge

Neither of these guys are good at all - they missed tons of throwing opportunities (which shows they haven't incorporated throwing into their game), Chun got nailed by an ultra (won't happen at higher levels of play unless you punish a whiffed move), and Vega didn't follow up his FA with an ex wall dive combo - one of the ONLY combos Vega has.

They did, however, give him one of the coolest looking supers in the game, so that's cool :D

His speed matches the game's engine. Compare Turbo to SF4 and generally you'll see a huge lack in speed. His main problem is damage...and I have to agree "Maximum Spider" is a dam cool special lol.
