You know, I never really thought about this, but actually it is pretty weid that during the Hogwarts battle Narcissa only cares about her son and doesn't give a damn about her sister. I mean, ok, I can understand her son comes first; but even when she finds him she just stays with him and Lucius, without looking for her sister or crying over her dead body. That's just weird. Not to mention the movie, in which they actually leave without second thoughts abandoning Bellatrix to her destiny.
Yeah, its sad really. Narcissa and Bellatrix became less close as the battle of Hogwarts began, Bellatrix was nasty to Draco, Bellatrix didn't care about family, not even her husband, only Voldemort. Narcissa was obsessed with blood purity, as most of the Blacks was, but she was not a death eater like Bellatrix and Lucius. I just think she didn't want to help Bellatrix, because as far as she was concerned she was already gone.
@missHelenaLestrange Bellatrix NEVER cared for her husband. She only married him for the purpouse of pure blood marraige. And actually Narcissa loved Bellatrix dearly, but for the purposes of Bella's behaviour made Narcissa more cautious of her. Yet theres still a distance between them since the incident with Andromeda.

@AllisonluvsGoodMusic The clips of them as kids came from The Other Boleyn Girl and Ballet Shoes. The Andromeda clips came from Atonement and The Edge of Love. The Bellatrix clips came from Merlin and HP. The Narcissa clips came from King Kong and occasionally The Edge of Love. Everything else came from HP.

Woah. This is probably the most convincing Black sisters vid I've seen! Really enjoyed it and how it stuck to canon. I could see the story even without reading what you said about it :D
I like the fact that you`ve chosen Keira Knightley for Andromeda and Naomi Watts for Narcissa. They`re are absolutely perfect for these two chracters, in my opinion.
Also I love the song and the way you`ve combined all these scenes from the different movies.Everything fits so perfect together.
Yes, a book/movie about the Black family would be so much c00ler than general Harry Potter. Because really, who cares about a loser with a scar and glasses when the alternative is three beautiful pureblood ladies who fell in love and, as a result, fell apart? XD And the story of Sirius and Regulus is interesting, too. Personally, I think that Regulus must have loved and admired his brother a great deal before Hogwarts and all that stuff came between them.
Even if I agree that the story we can imagine about the Black sistis ers would be "cool" you cannot tell me that it would be better than a harry potter book !!!!!!!!!

I just meant that, I would prefer to READ about the Black sisters, who I adore instead of Harry, who I hate for defeating Voldemort in the first place, Ron, who I hate for being a Weasley (cause Molly Weasley killed Bella) and Hermione, who I can hardly stand, because she is just so annoying and nags all the time.
It is only natural she died because she was lost anyway.
And I feel pretty close to Harry Ron and Herrmione.
But I follow you on one point : It would be great to have a story about how the Black sisters became what they have become. I guess it wouldn't be gentil thought...
@08noiram08 Yeah, I see what you mean. Most people like the trio, but I can't help but to support the dark side. I mean, beside the fact that they are painfully good Ron and Harry are al right, but Hermione just gets on my nerves with her constant nagging :D

Mine is a chaptered fic, but I have 3 chapters posted so far and about 30 planned, so it might as well take me years to finish. :D Anyway, it won't let me post a link here, so if you want it I can send it to you via private message maybe =)
Loved it! A real masterpiece. I was suspicious at first, about Hermione being Narcissa, but I got used to it. I especially loved the use of "Atonement" clips for Ted and Narcissa crying over Bellatrix's body, and in the end the flashback where they are all happy again. Really cute video, I'm addicted to it. Just watching it over and over again. 5 stars and favorite

Love it! Especially the editing between the Naomi Watts scenes and Lucius, it almost looks as though she belongs!
