Jehovah is God's name. In the movie "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", Indiana had to respond correctly as regards to God's name, and his response was "Jehovah". It's near the end of the movie!

Actually Jehovah is not really god's "name". It translates into "YHWH" which itself is translated into LORD. That's why for example, Jehovah Jireh means the "LORD will provide" or "the LORD is my provider". But sure he has several compound names. However his name, the name above every other name, is Jesus, which itself means "Jehovah is salvation".

It still is God's Name. Jesus is not Jesus' original name, but an English pronunciation of the Latinate derivative of the original Hebrew, and that goes for Jehovah.
But both Jehovah and Jesus are acceptable usages for YHWH and Yeshua...

YHWH does NOT mean LORD... that is from Jewish superstition that they would say Adonai whenever they saw the tetragrammaton, YHWH, in fear of YHWH's punishment. YHWH is the eternal Name of God.
