Use other editing software, windows movie maker is very basic and isnt very reliable.

try shrinking the frame size (bottom right in box after save window) to a lower number like 1/2 or 1/3

i hav an XP but when i try to save it to a a movie file i hav tons of free space and then it said couldnt save. I just cant understand. i tried 5 times

just when you are going to save the pivot change the type from .piv to .gif after that save it and try shrinking frames to mabey 1/2 to 1/4 depending on how fast your comuter is and how long the movie is than open windows movie maker. If you have windows XP you should have it. than insert the gif file to the time line add some music maybe and save the movie. finaly upload to youtube and enjoy =]
