IS that daily? No natural can handle 3 hours of strength training daily, hell nattys can't do 1 hour a day.

Most nattys strength train between an hour 30 to 3 hours weekly. Some of the more seasoned nattys can go for 4-6 hours weekly but that's it.

Do not mimic these guys unless you're on steroids, you will just overtrain which will result in muscle loss. I'm natty and I started out only training 45 mins a week and got great results, it's more about how you train for nattys.
