excellent topic and I love the advice about encouraging someone else and recognizing their talents, especially our youth. a kind, encouraging word go so much farther than we can imagine rather than judgement or criticism. Keep up the awesome vids/collabs
Thank you all for the comments, I grew up one of the kids at school that was picked on because I was a size 16. I was the largest girl in my high school class, it was not easy and there was a lot of shame, low self esteem and fear that I went through. I was a very active person , but it didnt seem to matter what I did, I was still larger then everyone else. This show is important it allows the full population to see inside the teens- the pain, the struggle, the successes!
i like what you said about accepting self for wherever you are and being as healthy as you can. i was always on the big side, though not plus size, but just thick. i'm a 14 now and pushing a 16, and it's been a journey for me to just be as healthy as possible and accept my size as "my size". thanks so much for doing this vids
i love the show huge, and i think confidence is a big part of acceptance. i think as teenagers acceptnace is hard no matter what size. but yes you must accept yourself 1st! great video ladies!!
