I don't believe in "heroes" like that. That is a one in billion chance. Seriously. I speak from experience. I've had a few things happen to me in public and even went to a neighbor for help. Not ONE person cared to help. My neighbor was actually annoyed and wanted me out of his apt. If I was dying, he would've let it happen as long as I wasn't in his house. It's very scary to know something can happen and no one willing to do anything to help.
