It's fairly simple... just get Envy activated, then load up whatever MC mission you wanna be invisible on. You have to time it right, but just before you hit a checkpoint turn your cammo on. After that turn your xbox off and back on, go to continue game and you will still be cammoed, but it won't wear off.

it doesn't have to be in the same profile, just the same xbox. as long as you don't turn your system off, you have every skull you collected in every profile. I have one for gbp, envy,sputnik, catch, and thunderstorm. I would have it for this one, but it appears to be completely luck. Hasn't worked for me once.

Technically the black (cammoed) and purple elites are Spec Ops, white elites are called Ultras and serve as lower level commanders usually. People usually just call them spec ops because the spec ops commander is white.

You have envy skull activated, and you have your camo on during a checkpoint, you then save your game and turn off you xbox\360 then resume the game.

Also Ggsen22, how can you have all 3 skulls + the glitch on at once? Since the skulls reset when you restart the game.

Well, first thing you do is glitch the skull, then restart your xbox... but before you resume the game you go and gather up whatever other skulls you want to have.

Actually the skull wasn't supposed to keep me invisible perminantly. That is just a glitch with the Envy skull if you save a checkpoint while invisible then restart your xbox and resume game.

Actually this skull makes the AI use some of the more rare and funny dialogue... though there is a skull which makes all enemies go to a more powerful form, ie white elites and grunts, jackel majors (orange shields) and brute captains.

easiest way to keep skulls is make enough accounts for them all and be sure to get a check point before picking up the skull and whenever u want that skull go to that acc pick it up then quit and go to the acc u use to play with

That is exactly what I've done too... in fact the saved checkpoint i have at this skull now is so perfect that I just resume game, assassinate the elite in front of me, and then save and quit.

3. turn off xbox

4. turn on xbox and resume game.

that should make you invisible for the entire level.

i tried to get the skull by accident, i only had sputnik on cuz thats the easiest skull to get...anyways i only lasted until the 3rd wave cuz theres something weird about the plasma rifles that the elites have and the fact that there is nowhere to recharge your sheild without being found, somehow i got the skull to spawn every single time i play Outskirts on legendary...lol maybe its my method

well, what the skull does is it brings out the rare dialogue from the game... I belive they said there are about 1400, or was it 14000... lines of dialogue that characters in the game will say to you, this just makes the rare funny ones come out more.

This is on legendary, in fact I belive there is only one skull available on any skill level, that being the blind skull. All other skulls require you to be on legendary.

As for getting perminant cammo, its basically a glitch of getting the envy skull from delta halo then going through a checkpoint.  Save that checkpoint and turn off your xbox, then restart it and resume the game without the envy skull. That will give you perminant cammo.

A skull's effect should not wear off if you go to another level. There is something wrong with the game if it does wear off. You can go to a different difficulty once you have the skull and it will still work, as well as a level or different profile. Turning the xbox off is the only way to get rid of the effect.

Actually I tried getting the Assasins skull on easy, and it was there... but JUST the skull was there. The 2 dancing elites weren't there. When I picked up the skull, nothing happened. Everything was the same. I guess bungie is just stupid or something and they forgot to take it out, OR maybe they put it there on purpose for a reason.
