This is an excellent closing argument. Very well done. You brought up an important point -- if the defendant mourns differently than someone else, how can that suggest guilt? We all mourn in our own ways.

We're doing a different case, but I love how he introduced the argument with what the prosecution had to prove; not only that, but he tied it with the technical qualifications which had to be met. It was great, wish I could have heard the whole thing.
