For future reference, it's called a surpressor (I think I spelled that right) not a silencer (common mistake). In any case if you put a surpressor on a real M4, it's still makes a hell of a lot of noise. but anyway I really like/want this gun. It's like $30 on amazon right now =D

Yes, it is very easily breakable. I got it a long time ago, and the silencer broke, the mag broke, the trigger broke. NOT worth the money, don't buy any Double Eagle guns. They are very poorly made.
