I am sorry, but your drawing is not good...lips are deformed and wrong, nose is out of proportion, the shading is naive, hair is unfinished, contrast is quite dull, but overall there is some resemblance, so perhaps with a bit more training you can become good.

No it isnt vista basic is Windows XP. Im using a skin that modifies all the system including icons, buttons, etc.. Look for it on Google. It is called "Vista Inspirat 2" from "Brico Pack" and weights like 32 mb or less :D
