I and every other American are so glad we have someone like you who can easily figure out everything. Just goes to show how far someone can go an Alabama degree! ESAD.
i agree, but i think if we had a rematch it's be a lot different. and 2 feild goals? last time i checked it was 9-6. proves how much you know you fucking fagot. go eat out your mom with a spoon.
the national championship should never be a rematch. That doesn't make Alabama NATIONAL champions it makes us tied for sec west #1. It was Alabama's best day and lsu's worst obviously. And they still only scored 1 touchdown. LSU national champs #13 !!!!! fuck bama!
@Joseph31798 Funny how it works isn't it? They want Bama but when they lost it should have never been Bama. I never agreed with Bama being in but seeing this just makes me smile. Shows you how truely big of hypocrites much of the SEC fan base is. It mostly comes from Florida and LSU. This is what happens when you get a team who is told they stand no chance. They beat that team down. Happens almost every time in title games. Examples being....
@Joseph31798 Giants vs Patriots 08, UF vs OSU 07, OSU vs Miami (not a beat down but yes) 03, Michigan vs UF 08, Boise St vs OU 07, and the list goes on. People never learn their lesson. I am a Buckeye fan and I remember going into the UF title game thinking not one person is giving Florida a chance this could be bad and it was.
@josh19852008 yes true there has been a lot of rematch's and turns out the other way around most of the time but let me ask you. why didnt you agree with us being in it. well of course to me i think we shouldve because1.im a bama fan 2.oklahoma state lost to a horrible team who ended with a 6-7 record3.we beat our selves in the 1st game4.we are the better team5.i want to see another championship because this was my 2nd one im turning 14. and also6. no 1 wants another sec. im not mad @ u jus askn
@Joseph31798 Losses do not really matter. There is really no way in the BCS to determine the best team. Yet when officials say the regular season is the play off then Bama was eliminated. I do not mind Bama. I believe even after the loss to LSU they were the best in the country. Point is people broke what they were saying and instead of letting the computers do its job (which Ok St was ahead) They allowed a human vote like they do every year. The issue is more of whats wrong with
@Joseph31798 wrong with this country then a college football system. That may not make sense to you right now. This country as a whole AMERICA I served for 5 years has a lot of things backwards. All that matters anymore is money. As a Buckeye fan yes we had a bad game agaisnt Florida in 07. LSU nor Ohio State belonged in 08. It is one thing for a team to get a wild card and win. It is another for a team from the same division and conference to get a shot at a title game. Wrong
@Joseph31798 Is the only way to describe it and it is wrong. I respect fans stand by their team. I would to but I am a realist. I know what is right and wrong. Clearly many people in this country forgot.
@Spacenutz Alabama may have played easier teams, but they were still better than LSU. I reiterate, look at the stats both games. Alabama dominated all of them except special teams. You say Alabama's one touchdown was insignificant? How about the fact that LSU scored none???
@Spacenutz Seriously, if LSU was better, shouldn't THEY have changed their gameplan too? If they had already beat Alabama and were better than they were, their gameplan changes would have been even better than Alabama's. But the truth is, Alabama was better than LSU from the start. Blame it on Alabama's kickers. If Alabama had made all the field goals they attempted, LSU would have gone down the drain.
@LsuPride12 Alabama would have done the same thing to Lee as they did to Jefferson. Lee threw what, two picks in the first game? What makes you think he would have done any better in the championship?
Alabama was THE best team and had THE best defense and was FAR better than LSU. You can't deny it. Truth hurts don't it?
@Gordontrek LSU is by far the best team...Alabama stopped Jordan Jefferson...the 2nd time we played them. i mean lets face it...if you win a game against a great opponent...its alot harder to change aspects of the gameplan rather than losing a game and cleaning up the mistakes. Alabama got the single biggest break in college football history. they will go down as a team who doesnt deserve the national title...just like LSU in '07.
@Spacenutz Ha that's retarded, LSU was outperformed in every way except special teams in the first game. On paper LSU won but in the stats Alabama won. They just didn't capitalize on field goals. In the second game Alabama's special teams stepped up and let the offense and defense take care of the rest. Alabama was THE best team, period, why do people try to deny such an obvious fact. You don't hold the #1 team in the country from the 50 yd line the whole game except once.
@Gordontrek how is that retarded? its easier to make a new gameplan when your facing a team you just lost to....if you win the game...your going to think..hmmm should we stick with that worked last time or not? all bama had to do was wait for Jordan Jefferson to literally toss you guys the fucking ball. Bama's heisman candidate was on offense...and ours was on defense...and we fucking stomped your offense..both games. you made 1 TD in 2 games...whoopdidedo!
@Spacenutz No, LSU's offense got "stomped"; LSU managed to hold Bama's offense in the red zone, and that was in spite of your Heisman candidate. I guess Honey Badger fears 3rd string receivers...
@Gordontrek and on paper? you can talk stats all day long...and you can also look at LSU's schedule and see that we had the most challenging teams to play against. of course Bamas stats are going to be better...they played easier programs...i mean we fucking dominated Oregon with 1st week. doesnt matter if you win by inch or mile winning is winning...LSU - 1, Bama - 1....tie-breaker in Death Valley..bring it bitches.
@Spacenutz They whipped LSUs ass the second time LSU had pure luck on their side the first Alabama should have one the first game they were better in all categories except the score.
DUDE I HATE JORDAN JEFFERSON HE GOT SUSPEND AND ARRSETED FOR HAVE THE SEASON AND JARRED LEE WAS TEARING ALL THE TEAMS UP BUT YET JEFFERSON STARTS AFTER HE GOT OFF SUSPENTION !!!!!!!!!
@LsuPride12 Jarret Lee man...not Jarred lol. and yes it sucks but Lee choked in a big game. They are both gone now...and we have great players filling their spots. National Champions '13!!
Miles bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat. He laid that crystal football on the ground at Saban's feet. Saban said, "Les just come on back if you ever wanna try again. I done told you once you sunovabitch I'M THE BEST THAT'S EVER BEEN!!!!"
And I agree, he was not prepared for the Tide in January. And my opinion, Jarrett Lee wasn't capable of playing against the Alabama Defense. I don't know if he had any other choices, but putting Lee in could have made it worse. My opinion...
@JordanSoftDong Jarrett Lee definitely played shell shocked against Alabama (can't really blame him); and I doubt that putting Lee in the game would have changed anything.
I would have loved to have seen it happen (Jarrett Lee was Alabama's MVP in the first game), but no, it wouldn't have made up for Miles' shitty game plan. Then again, I don't think many teams can stand up to Alabama when they're playing like that. We only scored 21 points because LSU D is just that good.
@g6iii, there's no doubt he is a bone head and sometimes somewhat clueless to the situations around him. But the man is a coach, he's 75-17 at LSU alone. I have mixed feelings about the man, but Im an Alabama Alumni. But regardless of my feelings, I think he's a good coach. But very disrespected by his own fanbase, I really don't see him staying there much longer if this continues.
@JordanSoftDong I'm not denying that he good coach, I just think he's more of a product of his coordinators and LSU's talent (He IS a great recruiter though). If he had won the NC this year, he would have gotten a lot of the haters off of his back. After seeing him out coach CNS on Nov 5, I was thinking he had turned the corner; but he not only lost the National Championship game, he lost it in Les Miles fashion; and that is what rubs people the wrong way about him.
Why Herbert such a dousche? I can understand him questioning Les Miles, but he was more along the line of expressing his opinion ob what should have been done. I honestly think Miles is probably one of the most disrespected coaches in the NCAA. And most the criticism comes from fans and the program. Why?
@JordanSoftDong That is exactly the truth. The answer is simple. The fans have little respect for anything any more. Jordan Jefferson was their best option. Lee would not have changed anything in this game. I personally believe though Jefferson along with the others involved with the brawl should have sat all year. Even in losing Lee desrerved to be in that game more then Jefferson. That is the only thing that upsets me and I am not a LSU fan.
@JordanSoftDong Herbert IS a douche, I'm not denying that; but the lack of confidence in Les Miles isn't unwarranted. Miles has proved on multiple occasions that he's a weak game planner, lacks the ability to make halftime adjustments, and his coaching when the game is on the line leaves more to be desired.
@JordanSoftDong The NC game proved his inability to game plan. Miles thought Bama would play exactly like the did on Nov. 5, and planned accordingly; they were going to live and die (mostly die) by the weak-side option. Jefferson played like shit, yes, but that was mostly due to the weak game plan that Miles had in place.
@JordanSoftDong The game that epitomizes Les Miles as a coach was LSU vs Tennessee in 2010. Just look up "LSU Miracle Victory over Tennessee". Horrible coaching almost cost LSU the game, but they lucked out and got the W.
Oh, just wanted to chime in on this conversation. An 8 team playoff would be beneficial for the SEC, but useless. If you had more than a +1, you'd completely exclude the Bowl System. Which my opinion would be fine. There's only one Bowl Game that matters to me.
@JordanSoftDong You don't have to get rid of the consolation prize games in order to have an 8 team playoff. They've been adding more bowl games for years now, the only difference here is that the added games will actually have some sort of meaning.
You are right though, there is only one game that matters at the end of the year. That's exactly why I call them "consolation prize games."
Alabama outplayed LSU on both sides of the ball in November, they were just unbalanced. As you can tell, they were EXTREMELY BALANCED in January. That's why they embarrassed LSU.
@GAUNTTJ That is all you have is THINK. You see this is the issue. This is not suppose to happen in the BCS. They found loop holes for this game. If losses mattered the Giants never would have won 2 SB. If losses mattered the Red Sox would have never won the 2004 WS. Any team can lose on any given day to any team. That is what these BCS idiots and "SEC" fans have seem to forget. Not saying you but the SEC is full of hateful crappy fans.
@josh19852008 Know what the difference between the MLB, NFL, and NCAA is? The NFL and MLB both have playoffs. The BCS is only meant to match #1 & #2, that's it; nowhere is it written that winning your conference is required in order to get into the game. Until the BCS is scrapped, the #3 team will continue to get screwed over.
Also, I like how you just HAD to take a cheap shot at fans of SEC school, as if every team doesn't have its shitty fans.
@g6iii I was proving a point. Your fan base though is horrible. I am sorry hate it all you want and call it a cheap shot. Your fan base posts hate videos and bashes other teams CONSTANTLY. Seems to me you guys earned that "cheap shot" DEAL WITH IT.
@josh19852008 Okay, so due to the actions of a few dumbass fans, the ENTIRE fan base is horrible? If that's the case, then I weep for whatever team you cheer for, because you just embarrassed the hell out of them with that ignorant shit.
How about you hop off your high horse for two fucking seconds. You aren't nearly as high an mighty as you think you are.
@josh19852008 ok, well just answer this question? Which two teams was that best teams in the nation? i made my comment beacuse i think that LSU and Bama was the two best teams bar none and im not a BAMA fan i like Auburn but i have to call it like i see it.
@GAUNTTJ What exactly did you see? You did not see other teams play them. You saw nothing. You are just using opinion as fact. The BCS is only OPINION. I believe the BCS can work. Until they rid the human element though because that is what got Bama in then the BCS will never work correctly. I do not mind the BCS but it needs to be tweaked. In reality a playoff would still solve nothing. You are just leaving out to many teams. Teams with 10 wins could be left out.
@josh19852008 Someone gets left out in EVERY system, none of them are perfect. As far as I'm concerned, the cries of the 2 loss #9 and #10 teams pale in comparison to the cries of the undefeated/1 loss #3 team.
Also, I like how you call out @GAUNTTJ for using opinion as fact despite claiming that the ENTIRE Alabama fan base was terrible just 2 minutes beforehand; so that makes you a hypocrite, and a dumbass. You're just batting 1,000, aren't you?
@g6iii I never said the entired Bama fan base was. You just made your self look retarded SEC fans are the terrible fans. You clearly can not ready can you? So stop writing your novels to me if you can not even read what I am saying. You are probably one of them shitty SEC fans and that is why you are offenced. Secondly 116 teams tell me how to have a play off with them fairly THATS GAME! THank you try again!
@josh19852008 "Your fan base though is horrible", looks like the entire fan base to me. And if you're going to question someone else's literary skills, make sure your comment is perfect beforehand, lest you look like a bigger dumbass (as if that's even possible for you). Believe me, I'm not the least bit "offenced" (lol?) by your antics.
There's nothing wrong with an 8-team playoff; the other teams can still have their little consolation prize games at the end of the season too.
@g6iii You are still crying? It is the truth. GET OVER IT! 8 team play off would solve nothing. To many possible best teams in the country are left out. You can say it all you want but that is fact!
@g6iii ? Maybe but what I say is truth! Just wait until they try a playoff. Gurantee it causes more controversy than the BCS ever does because it is to hard to limit to 8 when you have 116 teams!
@josh19852008 No more controversy that trying to limit the field to 2 when you have 120; no more controversy than having 3 undefeated teams from BCS conferences; no more controversy than the #3 team being left out just because they screwed up one time during the season; no more controversy than 2 teams from the same conference getting into the NCG just because they were #1 & #2.
Any an all controversies that occur as a result of a playoff will pale in comparison to the BCS.
@g6iii Still I bet you a playoff would turn out more controversial then the BCS. 116 teams and there are many bowl games. It is spread out. You talk about taking 8 teams I gurantee many of the best teams will be left out. Regardless if you like what I say or not nothing will fix the problems in college football. Hell people even complain about the NFL play offs. Giants are still the team along with others that I say losses do not matter.
@josh19852008 Who said anything about taking away the consolation prize games? You can still have the bowl games as well as a playoff for the top 8 teams. If you can't get into the top 8, you weren't one of the "best" teams that year. The #9 and #10 teams have less of a right to bitch than the #3 team.
As I said before, no system is perfect; but a playoff > the BCS in every way possible. Playoffs make the NC less of a popularity contest, why do you have such a problem with that?
@g6iii Both with have the same amount of controversy. Just wait and see. Forget about rankings. That is just a number and does not have anything to do with who is best.
@g6iii Just give up dude. You think you know it all but like many americans you are completely blind. You will be just another person to be damn he was right. College football will always have huge controversy. You can keep coming up with your snide comments but I bet you every coach and analyst would say the same thing. 116 teams there will always be controversy!
@g6iii No you are the one doing the trolling. You came in here and started the argument with me. 116 or a 120 same thing is controversy. You just made a big deal out of nothing so tell me who is the troll? I bet I can name more teams than you with out looking at papers!
@josh19852008 All I did was reply to you. Since when does replying to someone equate to trolling? The only reason I even replied to you was because of your "Holier Than Thou" attitude. I simply found it hilarious that you talked down to others for using their opinions as fact despite doing the same thing yourself.
And if you really aren't trolling, that only makes this conversation that much more hilarious. I hope you never have to formulate an argument outside of Youtube.
@g6iii Yet everything I said beat you. You are sitting here being a complete douche bag. You think your opinions are fact. So tell me how are you not the troll? College football has always had controversy and a play off is not going to chang that. Either get your brain on board and stop being blind or just stop talking. It is up to you. You keep choosing to message me. You are just upset because you can not win against my solid point that is TRUTH.
@josh19852008"You are just upset because you can not win against my solid point that is TRUTH."
If your point is that there will still be controversy with a playoff system, then you're arguing against no one. I've said on multiple occasions that there will always be controversy; for whatever reason, you choose to completely ignore that. Just because there will still be controversy doesn't mean that the system can't be better.
@g6iii Your comment again is pointless. You keep putting my stuff in quotes but that just makes you look like a bigger idiiot. If I am not right then please tell me how I am not? Which your true comment will be NOTHING. You will reply again with something even dumber before. You messaged me remember? You started this this with me remember? Guess who started arguing? YOU! Now either deal with the fact I am right or go troll some where else. You will not win.
@josh19852008 Every time I put your comment in quotes I'm telling you how you aren't right afterwards; you just think you're right regardless of what I tell you. That's why you consider my comments pointless.
What the hell is there to win? This is just a Youtube argument. Initially, I only stated my disagreement with what you said, wasn't trying to 'win' anything. You immediately started talking shit about my team's fan base, completely unprovoked. But I started this though...
@g6iii Yet you have nothing to tell me I am not right. You have told me nothing. Maybe you need to re read your own comments. God damn are you that absent minded? So I ask again tell me something to beat me. 32 teams are in the NFL 4 wild card games 8 teams 4 have already been put into the divison games. That makes 12 teams! 1/3 of the NFL gets into the play offs. Tell me how they can make a fair play off with 120 teams? With out major controversy? THEY CANT AND THE NUMBERS PROVE IT!
@josh19852008 Oh, so in order to have a playoff, you HAVE to include at least 1/3 of the entire league? Since when? That's a very narrow-minded way of looking at things, especially since it's not even an actual rule/law when making a playoff.
In the BCS, only 2 out of 120 teams get the opportunity to play for the championship that year. How is that ANY more fair than a playoff? The BCS is EASILY the most unfair and controversy-causing scenario out of all of the other systems.
@g6iii 364 16 in the NFL if you actually count the teams that lose in the Wild Card so you can say just under half if you would like to. Now to the NBA 16 Teams get into the playoffs. there are 30 teams total. Are you seeing a trend here? You should be thinking jsut about evey play off has half of its teams besides college basketball! Why does college basketball not do the same? TO MANY TEAMS!!!!!! You should see the amount of schools that are worthy to be in the tournament not get in!
@g6iii Now tell me how the NCAA can make a play off system fairly with 120 teams? The answer is no? Why? People were bitching about the Broncos and Giants barely getting in over better teams! Now translate that to 120 teams playing to get in they have to take at least 1/3 of the teams making 40 teams. Then it has to be even out by every conference. 11 conferences Here is the kicker to make it fair they have to play the conference teams against each other first. Guess who is going to bitch
@josh19852008 Allow 8 or 12 teams out of 120 the opportunity to play for the National Title = unfair. Allow only 2 teams out of 120 the opportunity to play for the National Title = fair?
Is that what you're trying to say right now? As I've said before, no system is perfect; but I the #3 team has a little more clout to complain about not getting in than the #9 or #10 teams.
@g6iii They will be saying those games should be secheduled deep into the play offs because it is not fair because it is the SEC, Pac 12, Big 10, ACC, Big East and those are tougher games. Do you see where this is going yet or do you need me to spell it out further for you? I will do it any way. CCG pretty much are in the play offs. The play offs will be so long that the best teams will eventually lose. Superconferences will not help it either!
@josh19852008 Blah blah blah computer polls, computer polls can be manipulated just like human polls. Teams that play 9 conference games (ie teams with no conference championship) have an unfair advantage. The computers also neglect to calculate the strength of good FCS schools in their rankings as well. Teams like North Dakota State and Montana are easily better teams that at least 40 teams in the FBS, but you wouldn't know that going by what the computers tell you.
@g6iii Will get get a play off system eventually but you will be coming back saying you were right. We sacrificed a system that could have been made fair for a system that makes the BCS look like gold! The BCS is not completely broken. It is a machine that has not been tweaked the right way. Until the human element is taken out of the BCS and teams are scored evenly the BCS will never work right. If yo do not see the point you are lost. Keep responding though.
@josh19852008 The 2004 CFB season proves you wrong. Taking out the human element isn't going to fix 3 undefeated/1loss teams from BCS conferences, and it never will.
And no, I won't be back to gloat if a playoff does get put in place; I don't care about this shit nearly enough to do so.
@g6iii Are you mentally retarded or did you just say computer polls can be minipulated when I just said take away the human element and it will fix the problem? The 2004 season is pointless. The computers did their job with 3 undefeated teams. Guess what that is how it is. Can not even beleive you bring that up considerings Auburns schedule was much weaker then both teams. You have to include a certain # and all my numbers do not lie.
@g6iii Every sport is a business. The more teams in the playoffs the more money is made. The less teams you have the less fair it is to 120 teams playing for a spot. NASCAR even runs their shitty playoff race thing with roughly 1/3 of its drivers. Rankings are pointless but when it comes to playoffs it has to be done fairly. Just watch and see dude. If they do a 8 team deal it will be no better than the BCS. You eliminate to many great teams PERIOD.
@g6iii The regular season is the play off. Everyone has a chance to play their way in. That is what people for some reason argue against. This year sorry Bama was elimiated. You see you say you could careless and I am arguing with no one. Yet you are so adiment about trying to prove me wrong when all the numbers I have given you are the truth. Any play off has to be designed fairly so yes you have to take a certain amount. That is apporximately 1/3 to 1/4 of the league. If I am wrong then
@g6iii That is the BCS and you have to live with that. You have been done here because everything you said has been complete bull shit. You are trying to argue against facts and you are just being a pissed of little girl about it.
@GAUNTTJ It has also been implied that this could not happen two teams from the same conference. Not only was it that it was two teams from the same divison and then they wanted to say even if LSU lost to Georgia they would get in but Georgia lost to Boise St? You starting to see a little bit of hypocrysisy here? Losses would matter for one team but not another.
@josh19852008 They need a human vote and stop letting th computers so everything cuz everything is wrong...like letting Bama get a rematch in the BCS and screwing over OKST. Just wrong
@LumberjackFan1234 yea but OKSt lost to a unranked team, and bama lost to the number 1 team at the time and it wass only by 3 points with out a touch down. so why do OKST get a chance at it instead of bama?
@bhamsbesttjones We are great! We were great the first time we beat y'all in Bama and we are great now! Of course y'all have better coaching, Saban is a fucking NFL coach and that's why were kicking all ass then!! But hey, we are gonna murder y'all next year..!!! Geaux Tigers!!!!!!!
@LumberjackFan1234 Saban was horrible in the NFL. Really that has nothing to do with it. Some coaches are good at the college level some are better at the NFL level.
@clinicalreaction Shut the fuck up u racist son of a bitch! Plus we were better ...but LSU beat themselves., kinda like what y'all said happened to Bama on Nov. 5...!
I just love how all these "roll tide" fans rant on and on when they had no business even being in the BCS Championship game. They forget to thank that pitiful team from Iowa State, otherwise Oklahoma State would have been in the game against LSU, and LSU would have handled OSU without much problem. Alabama ingrates forget to thank ISU - "that" is why they were in the BCS game, and for no other reason.
@guyfroml they had all the business in the world being in that game the score proved it They should be playing against both teams combined blind folded an and their legs tied together and they wold still win by a touch down and a safety. We cant depend on the feild goal kicker
@guyfroml LSU did win that game both sides played great defense but had LSU had all the points they should would or could have gotten vs the points Alabama should have gotten then plus the out playing Alabama did. I feel logically they won that game but thats neither here nor there LSU or Alabama deserved to win.
@guyfroml When it was all said and done Bama out scored LSU 28 to 9 should have been worse like 10000 to nothing or may be 15003 may be a late field goal or something. Ya know Im thinking that Bama should be playing in the Super Bowl as well maybe against both teams or a double header or something. Then bring in OSU for a consolation game Saban can do it he would win all 3
@stevemtc1 Jim Bob, you rant like a fan with the IQ of a pet rock. Bottom line and fact: the ONLY reason Alabama was in the BCS Championship game was because OSU blew that game to Iowa State...but don't take my word for it, go ask anyone that has anything to do with the BCS polling system. On the BCS announcements show they even said OSU blew it.
@guyfroml No the human element is what screwed Ok St. They take the human element out of it and Ok St gets in. They either need to let the computers control it all or move to a playoff system. Letting the computers decide but then have a human vote only messes things up.
@guyfroml DUDE thanks for pointing out the obvious! Because I had no idea. So maybe you can help me out on this. Are you saying that had OSU not lost to ISU that Bama wouldn't have played in this game. I had no idea. I mean going into ISU they were # 2 and had they won that game Im spellbound as to see they would have been in the championship if indeed they had finished the season as #2. WOW! they should give you a prize for such a brilliant thought
@T1BrutaL It looked like they didn't even show up. Where was the energy prior to the kickoff...I didn't see it. What happened to that team between the SEC game and this game?
@Yeahuh0Kay You have made the key point...how could they have done any worse than the "terrible" performance they had. And that's they point Hebert was making. When Bobby's right, he right.
thank you herbert for saying what was on every single LSU fans mind! put in lee and you have something diffrent, sure he may not be as mobile as jefferson but he can get the ball down the field, he brought you to where you were, he only threw 3 picks this whole year! and 2 of em in that first bama game, you got to admit the LSU offense was better with Lee. and im sad that he didnt get his chance to play in this game.
I love it! Les and LSU are good but never will be great! Nick Saban made LSU and left yall with some pieces that Les picked up, but they are starting to wear off! You guys are horrible!
We as Bama fans love Jordan Jefferson, he can come be our water boy whenever he wants!
@Nolavenice.. Why would he do that when he could have gotten a cool million dollar raise to win the game?!.. They prob promised him the title next year.
All you he-men football geniuses can talk pigskin smack all day long but haven't got a frickin' clue about the corrupt political quarterbacks that screwing our country into the ground. My darlings, you've been socially engineered to enter large stadiums, bedecked in preposterous colors while ranting idiotic mantras. Your true masculinity has been successfully sublimated as America crashes & burns.
it was rediculous, not atleast giving lee a chance in it was stupid coaching, 40,000 fans calling out jarret lees name paying for those outlandish ticket prices deserved atleast seeing Jarret out there get a freaking chance, he after all helped get them there and jefferson was off his mark the entire night, should have got him out at the most by the beginning of the 4th, just the way it is.. Hebert being an ex quarterback could see the flaws jefferson was portraying that night..poor coaching..
Les is SUPPOSED to support his players on and off the feild. Thats his job. Its also his job to prepare his team to play in a Championship game against Alabama who we were LUCKY to have won the last time we played. After the offense struggled in the SEC championship game, Les should have focused more on the offense for BCS Championship. Obviously, they were not. Les IS a great coach. However, there comes a time when he has to put TEAM before Player.
Funny how soon people forget ... Miles has done good by LSU. The loss was tough but they'll recover. The coach was correct in supporting Jefferson (after the setup/fight) and he was right in starting him Monday. I guess you fairweather fans also forgot about Lee's last Bama game start, and his tendencies. As for Hebert he's still a crybaby; mad because his son isn't a starter. When he was with the Saints he sucked and he still sucks.
@upt123 t bob hebert was a starter the whole year...and lee really had the better season, before that first bama game he only threw one pick. and i think the reason behind the other 2 is because he wasnt confident and he couldnt get the ball rolling. now i am not a fairweather LSU fan and i believe that next year we will be better with all the guys are coming back and no more QB controversy, and yes starting him was ok but not pulling him when he couldnt get it done was dumb move. GEAUX tigers
Whatever pictures J. Jefferson has of Les resulting in this love affair which led to LSU having the 97th,105th, and, 96th worst passing offense in NCAA Division 1 football from 2009 to 2011 is FINALLY OVER! LSU fans celebrate can this! Les' rigid commitment to players & coaches that are not performing is his biggest weakness. The performance in the NC game was embarrassing. Yes Bama played a near perfect game but the LSU game plan was poor, execution worse and the coaches had no answers..
He should have given Lee the chance to see what if anything he could have done - the decision to keep Jefferson in the game will be questioned for years to come. of course had Lee went in and got nothing done we would have had two quarterbacks NOT making it to the NFL. We were out played and certainly out coached. Miles better pull for the Saints this weekend as it might be the only thing that keeps him out of the spotlight .. unless of course he is around Bobby Hebert lol ... Geaux Saints.
im glad they kept jefferson in, but after all that jarrett lee has done, and how he led that team to the 9-0 start after all that jordan did, it pissed me off that they kept him on the bench
I and every other American are so glad we have someone like you who can easily figure out everything. Just goes to show how far someone can go an Alabama degree! ESAD.

i agree, but i think if we had a rematch it's be a lot different. and 2 feild goals? last time i checked it was 9-6. proves how much you know you fucking fagot. go eat out your mom with a spoon.
sfootball811 1 week ago
the national championship should never be a rematch. That doesn't make Alabama NATIONAL champions it makes us tied for sec west #1. It was Alabama's best day and lsu's worst obviously. And they still only scored 1 touchdown. LSU national champs #13 !!!!! fuck bama!
sfootball811 1 week ago
@sfootball811 Alabama isn't the champions? well watching the game and seeing the final score i saw:
Alabama 21 LSU 0
and at least we scored a touchdown vs y'all this football season cuz y'all only had 2 field goals vs us this football season.
Joseph31798 1 week ago
@Joseph31798 Funny how it works isn't it? They want Bama but when they lost it should have never been Bama. I never agreed with Bama being in but seeing this just makes me smile. Shows you how truely big of hypocrites much of the SEC fan base is. It mostly comes from Florida and LSU. This is what happens when you get a team who is told they stand no chance. They beat that team down. Happens almost every time in title games. Examples being....
josh19852008 1 week ago
@Joseph31798 Giants vs Patriots 08, UF vs OSU 07, OSU vs Miami (not a beat down but yes) 03, Michigan vs UF 08, Boise St vs OU 07, and the list goes on. People never learn their lesson. I am a Buckeye fan and I remember going into the UF title game thinking not one person is giving Florida a chance this could be bad and it was.
josh19852008 1 week ago
@josh19852008 yes true there has been a lot of rematch's and turns out the other way around most of the time but let me ask you. why didnt you agree with us being in it. well of course to me i think we shouldve because1.im a bama fan 2.oklahoma state lost to a horrible team who ended with a 6-7 record3.we beat our selves in the 1st game4.we are the better team5.i want to see another championship because this was my 2nd one im turning 14. and also6. no 1 wants another sec. im not mad @ u jus askn
Joseph31798 1 week ago
@Joseph31798 Losses do not really matter. There is really no way in the BCS to determine the best team. Yet when officials say the regular season is the play off then Bama was eliminated. I do not mind Bama. I believe even after the loss to LSU they were the best in the country. Point is people broke what they were saying and instead of letting the computers do its job (which Ok St was ahead) They allowed a human vote like they do every year. The issue is more of whats wrong with
josh19852008 1 week ago
@Joseph31798 wrong with this country then a college football system. That may not make sense to you right now. This country as a whole AMERICA I served for 5 years has a lot of things backwards. All that matters anymore is money. As a Buckeye fan yes we had a bad game agaisnt Florida in 07. LSU nor Ohio State belonged in 08. It is one thing for a team to get a wild card and win. It is another for a team from the same division and conference to get a shot at a title game. Wrong
josh19852008 1 week ago
@Joseph31798 Is the only way to describe it and it is wrong. I respect fans stand by their team. I would to but I am a realist. I know what is right and wrong. Clearly many people in this country forgot.
josh19852008 1 week ago
@Spacenutz Alabama may have played easier teams, but they were still better than LSU. I reiterate, look at the stats both games. Alabama dominated all of them except special teams. You say Alabama's one touchdown was insignificant? How about the fact that LSU scored none???
Gordontrek 1 week ago
@Spacenutz Seriously, if LSU was better, shouldn't THEY have changed their gameplan too? If they had already beat Alabama and were better than they were, their gameplan changes would have been even better than Alabama's. But the truth is, Alabama was better than LSU from the start. Blame it on Alabama's kickers. If Alabama had made all the field goals they attempted, LSU would have gone down the drain.
Gordontrek 1 week ago
@LsuPride12 Alabama would have done the same thing to Lee as they did to Jefferson. Lee threw what, two picks in the first game? What makes you think he would have done any better in the championship?
Alabama was THE best team and had THE best defense and was FAR better than LSU. You can't deny it. Truth hurts don't it?
Gordontrek 1 week ago
@Gordontrek LSU is by far the best team...Alabama stopped Jordan Jefferson...the 2nd time we played them. i mean lets face it...if you win a game against a great opponent...its alot harder to change aspects of the gameplan rather than losing a game and cleaning up the mistakes. Alabama got the single biggest break in college football history. they will go down as a team who doesnt deserve the national title...just like LSU in '07.
Spacenutz 1 week ago
@Spacenutz Ha that's retarded, LSU was outperformed in every way except special teams in the first game. On paper LSU won but in the stats Alabama won. They just didn't capitalize on field goals. In the second game Alabama's special teams stepped up and let the offense and defense take care of the rest. Alabama was THE best team, period, why do people try to deny such an obvious fact. You don't hold the #1 team in the country from the 50 yd line the whole game except once.
Gordontrek 1 week ago
@Gordontrek how is that retarded? its easier to make a new gameplan when your facing a team you just lost to....if you win the game...your going to think..hmmm should we stick with that worked last time or not? all bama had to do was wait for Jordan Jefferson to literally toss you guys the fucking ball. Bama's heisman candidate was on offense...and ours was on defense...and we fucking stomped your offense..both games. you made 1 TD in 2 games...whoopdidedo!
Spacenutz 1 week ago
@Spacenutz No, LSU's offense got "stomped"; LSU managed to hold Bama's offense in the red zone, and that was in spite of your Heisman candidate. I guess Honey Badger fears 3rd string receivers...
g6iii 1 week ago
@Gordontrek and on paper? you can talk stats all day long...and you can also look at LSU's schedule and see that we had the most challenging teams to play against. of course Bamas stats are going to be better...they played easier programs...i mean we fucking dominated Oregon with 1st week. doesnt matter if you win by inch or mile winning is winning...LSU - 1, Bama - 1....tie-breaker in Death Valley..bring it bitches.
Spacenutz 1 week ago
@Spacenutz They whipped LSUs ass the second time LSU had pure luck on their side the first Alabama should have one the first game they were better in all categories except the score.

Miles bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat. He laid that crystal football on the ground at Saban's feet. Saban said, "Les just come on back if you ever wanna try again. I done told you once you sunovabitch I'M THE BEST THAT'S EVER BEEN!!!!"
BlackFox0911 2 weeks ago
And I agree, he was not prepared for the Tide in January. And my opinion, Jarrett Lee wasn't capable of playing against the Alabama Defense. I don't know if he had any other choices, but putting Lee in could have made it worse. My opinion...
JordanSoftDong 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong Jarrett Lee definitely played shell shocked against Alabama (can't really blame him); and I doubt that putting Lee in the game would have changed anything.
I would have loved to have seen it happen (Jarrett Lee was Alabama's MVP in the first game), but no, it wouldn't have made up for Miles' shitty game plan. Then again, I don't think many teams can stand up to Alabama when they're playing like that. We only scored 21 points because LSU D is just that good.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii, there's no doubt he is a bone head and sometimes somewhat clueless to the situations around him. But the man is a coach, he's 75-17 at LSU alone. I have mixed feelings about the man, but Im an Alabama Alumni. But regardless of my feelings, I think he's a good coach. But very disrespected by his own fanbase, I really don't see him staying there much longer if this continues.
JordanSoftDong 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong I'm not denying that he good coach, I just think he's more of a product of his coordinators and LSU's talent (He IS a great recruiter though). If he had won the NC this year, he would have gotten a lot of the haters off of his back. After seeing him out coach CNS on Nov 5, I was thinking he had turned the corner; but he not only lost the National Championship game, he lost it in Les Miles fashion; and that is what rubs people the wrong way about him.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
Why Herbert such a dousche? I can understand him questioning Les Miles, but he was more along the line of expressing his opinion ob what should have been done. I honestly think Miles is probably one of the most disrespected coaches in the NCAA. And most the criticism comes from fans and the program. Why?
JordanSoftDong 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong That is exactly the truth. The answer is simple. The fans have little respect for anything any more. Jordan Jefferson was their best option. Lee would not have changed anything in this game. I personally believe though Jefferson along with the others involved with the brawl should have sat all year. Even in losing Lee desrerved to be in that game more then Jefferson. That is the only thing that upsets me and I am not a LSU fan.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong Just tired of fans calling people thugs but fail to point out players like Jefferson.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong Herbert IS a douche, I'm not denying that; but the lack of confidence in Les Miles isn't unwarranted. Miles has proved on multiple occasions that he's a weak game planner, lacks the ability to make halftime adjustments, and his coaching when the game is on the line leaves more to be desired.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong The NC game proved his inability to game plan. Miles thought Bama would play exactly like the did on Nov. 5, and planned accordingly; they were going to live and die (mostly die) by the weak-side option. Jefferson played like shit, yes, but that was mostly due to the weak game plan that Miles had in place.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong The game that epitomizes Les Miles as a coach was LSU vs Tennessee in 2010. Just look up "LSU Miracle Victory over Tennessee". Horrible coaching almost cost LSU the game, but they lucked out and got the W.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
Oh, just wanted to chime in on this conversation. An 8 team playoff would be beneficial for the SEC, but useless. If you had more than a +1, you'd completely exclude the Bowl System. Which my opinion would be fine. There's only one Bowl Game that matters to me.
JordanSoftDong 2 weeks ago
@JordanSoftDong You don't have to get rid of the consolation prize games in order to have an 8 team playoff. They've been adding more bowl games for years now, the only difference here is that the added games will actually have some sort of meaning.
You are right though, there is only one game that matters at the end of the year. That's exactly why I call them "consolation prize games."
g6iii 2 weeks ago
Alabama outplayed LSU on both sides of the ball in November, they were just unbalanced. As you can tell, they were EXTREMELY BALANCED in January. That's why they embarrassed LSU.
JordanSoftDong 2 weeks ago
I think that LSu or Bama would have destroyed OKST.
GAUNTTJ 3 weeks ago
@GAUNTTJ That is all you have is THINK. You see this is the issue. This is not suppose to happen in the BCS. They found loop holes for this game. If losses mattered the Giants never would have won 2 SB. If losses mattered the Red Sox would have never won the 2004 WS. Any team can lose on any given day to any team. That is what these BCS idiots and "SEC" fans have seem to forget. Not saying you but the SEC is full of hateful crappy fans.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Know what the difference between the MLB, NFL, and NCAA is? The NFL and MLB both have playoffs. The BCS is only meant to match #1 & #2, that's it; nowhere is it written that winning your conference is required in order to get into the game. Until the BCS is scrapped, the #3 team will continue to get screwed over.
Also, I like how you just HAD to take a cheap shot at fans of SEC school, as if every team doesn't have its shitty fans.
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@g6iii I was proving a point. Your fan base though is horrible. I am sorry hate it all you want and call it a cheap shot. Your fan base posts hate videos and bashes other teams CONSTANTLY. Seems to me you guys earned that "cheap shot" DEAL WITH IT.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Okay, so due to the actions of a few dumbass fans, the ENTIRE fan base is horrible? If that's the case, then I weep for whatever team you cheer for, because you just embarrassed the hell out of them with that ignorant shit.
How about you hop off your high horse for two fucking seconds. You aren't nearly as high an mighty as you think you are.
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 ok, well just answer this question? Which two teams was that best teams in the nation? i made my comment beacuse i think that LSU and Bama was the two best teams bar none and im not a BAMA fan i like Auburn but i have to call it like i see it.
GAUNTTJ 3 weeks ago
@GAUNTTJ There is no way to tell who the best two teams in the nation are.You can look at stats, records, and rankings all you want. No way to know.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@GAUNTTJ What exactly did you see? You did not see other teams play them. You saw nothing. You are just using opinion as fact. The BCS is only OPINION. I believe the BCS can work. Until they rid the human element though because that is what got Bama in then the BCS will never work correctly. I do not mind the BCS but it needs to be tweaked. In reality a playoff would still solve nothing. You are just leaving out to many teams. Teams with 10 wins could be left out.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Someone gets left out in EVERY system, none of them are perfect. As far as I'm concerned, the cries of the 2 loss #9 and #10 teams pale in comparison to the cries of the undefeated/1 loss #3 team.
Also, I like how you call out @GAUNTTJ for using opinion as fact despite claiming that the ENTIRE Alabama fan base was terrible just 2 minutes beforehand; so that makes you a hypocrite, and a dumbass. You're just batting 1,000, aren't you?
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@g6iii I never said the entired Bama fan base was. You just made your self look retarded SEC fans are the terrible fans. You clearly can not ready can you? So stop writing your novels to me if you can not even read what I am saying. You are probably one of them shitty SEC fans and that is why you are offenced. Secondly 116 teams tell me how to have a play off with them fairly THATS GAME! THank you try again!
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 "Your fan base though is horrible", looks like the entire fan base to me. And if you're going to question someone else's literary skills, make sure your comment is perfect beforehand, lest you look like a bigger dumbass (as if that's even possible for you). Believe me, I'm not the least bit "offenced" (lol?) by your antics.
There's nothing wrong with an 8-team playoff; the other teams can still have their little consolation prize games at the end of the season too.
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@g6iii You are still crying? It is the truth. GET OVER IT! 8 team play off would solve nothing. To many possible best teams in the country are left out. You can say it all you want but that is fact!
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 lol you're cute
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@g6iii ? Maybe but what I say is truth! Just wait until they try a playoff. Gurantee it causes more controversy than the BCS ever does because it is to hard to limit to 8 when you have 116 teams!
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 No more controversy that trying to limit the field to 2 when you have 120; no more controversy than having 3 undefeated teams from BCS conferences; no more controversy than the #3 team being left out just because they screwed up one time during the season; no more controversy than 2 teams from the same conference getting into the NCG just because they were #1 & #2.
Any an all controversies that occur as a result of a playoff will pale in comparison to the BCS.
g6iii 3 weeks ago
@g6iii Still I bet you a playoff would turn out more controversial then the BCS. 116 teams and there are many bowl games. It is spread out. You talk about taking 8 teams I gurantee many of the best teams will be left out. Regardless if you like what I say or not nothing will fix the problems in college football. Hell people even complain about the NFL play offs. Giants are still the team along with others that I say losses do not matter.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Who said anything about taking away the consolation prize games? You can still have the bowl games as well as a playoff for the top 8 teams. If you can't get into the top 8, you weren't one of the "best" teams that year. The #9 and #10 teams have less of a right to bitch than the #3 team.
As I said before, no system is perfect; but a playoff > the BCS in every way possible. Playoffs make the NC less of a popularity contest, why do you have such a problem with that?
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Both with have the same amount of controversy. Just wait and see. Forget about rankings. That is just a number and does not have anything to do with who is best.

g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii No you are the one doing the trolling. You came in here and started the argument with me. 116 or a 120 same thing is controversy. You just made a big deal out of nothing so tell me who is the troll? I bet I can name more teams than you with out looking at papers!
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 All I did was reply to you. Since when does replying to someone equate to trolling? The only reason I even replied to you was because of your "Holier Than Thou" attitude. I simply found it hilarious that you talked down to others for using their opinions as fact despite doing the same thing yourself.
And if you really aren't trolling, that only makes this conversation that much more hilarious. I hope you never have to formulate an argument outside of Youtube.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Yet everything I said beat you. You are sitting here being a complete douche bag. You think your opinions are fact. So tell me how are you not the troll? @josh19852008"You are just upset because you can not win against my solid point that is TRUTH."
If your point is that there will still be controversy with a playoff system, then you're arguing against no one. I've said on multiple occasions that there will always be controversy; for whatever reason, you choose to completely ignore that. Just because there will still be controversy doesn't mean that the system can't be better.
"Yet everything I said beat you"
You're too cute

@g6iii Your comment again is pointless. You keep putting my stuff in quotes but that just makes you look like a bigger idiiot. If I am not right then please tell me how I am not? Now either deal with the fact I am right or go troll some where else. You will not win.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Every time I put your comment in quotes I'm telling you how you aren't right afterwards; you just think you're right regardless of what I tell you. That's why you consider my comments pointless.
What the hell is there to win? This is just a Youtube argument. Initially, I only stated my disagreement with what you said, wasn't trying to 'win' anything. You immediately started talking shit about my team's fan base, completely unprovoked. But I started this though...
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Yet you have nothing to tell me I am not right. You have told me nothing. Maybe you need to re read your own comments. God damn are you that absent minded? So I ask again tell me something to beat me. 32 teams are in the NFL 4 wild card games 8 teams 4 have already been put into the divison games. That makes 12 teams! 1/3 of the NFL gets into the play offs. Tell me how they can make a fair play off with 120 teams? With out major controversy? THEY CANT AND THE NUMBERS PROVE IT!
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Oh, so in order to have a playoff, you HAVE to include at least 1/3 of the entire league? Since when? That's a very narrow-minded way of looking at things, especially since it's not even an actual rule/law when making a playoff.
In the BCS, only 2 out of 120 teams get the opportunity to play for the championship that year. How is that ANY more fair than a playoff? The BCS is EASILY the most unfair and controversy-causing scenario out of all of the other systems.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii 364 16 in the NFL if you actually count the teams that lose in the Wild Card so you can say just under half if you would like to. Now to the NBA 16 Teams get into the playoffs. there are 30 teams total. Are you seeing a trend here? You should be thinking jsut about evey play off has half of its teams besides college basketball! Why does college basketball not do the same? TO MANY TEAMS!!!!!! You should see the amount of schools that are worthy to be in the tournament not get in!
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Now tell me how the NCAA can make a play off system fairly with 120 teams? The answer is no? Why? People were bitching about the Broncos and Giants barely getting in over better teams! Now translate that to 120 teams playing to get in they have to take at least 1/3 of the teams making 40 teams. Then it has to be even out by every conference. 11 conferences Here is the kicker to make it fair they have to play the conference teams against each other first. Guess who is going to bitch
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Allow 8 or 12 teams out of 120 the opportunity to play for the National Title = unfair. Allow only 2 teams out of 120 the opportunity to play for the National Title = fair?
Is that what you're trying to say right now? As I've said before, no system is perfect; but I the #3 team has a little more clout to complain about not getting in than the #9 or #10 teams.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii They will be saying those games should be secheduled deep into the play offs because it is not fair because it is the SEC, Pac 12, Big 10, ACC, Big East and those are tougher games. Do you see where this is going yet or do you need me to spell it out further for you? I will do it any way. CCG pretty much are in the play offs. The play offs will be so long that the best teams will eventually lose. Superconferences will not help it either!
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 Blah blah blah computer polls, computer polls can be manipulated just like human polls. Teams that play 9 conference games (ie teams with no conference championship) have an unfair advantage. The computers also neglect to calculate the strength of good FCS schools in their rankings as well. Teams like North Dakota State and Montana are easily better teams that at least 40 teams in the FBS, but you wouldn't know that going by what the computers tell you.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Will get get a play off system eventually but you will be coming back saying you were right. We sacrificed a system that could have been made fair for a system that makes the BCS look like gold! The BCS is not completely broken. It is a machine that has not been tweaked the right way. Until the human element is taken out of the BCS and teams are scored evenly the BCS will never work right. If yo do not see the point you are lost. Keep responding though.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 The 2004 CFB season proves you wrong. Taking out the human element isn't going to fix 3 undefeated/1loss teams from BCS conferences, and it never will.
And no, I won't be back to gloat if a playoff does get put in place; I don't care about this shit nearly enough to do so.
g6iii 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Are you mentally retarded or did you just say computer polls can be minipulated when I just said take away the human element and it will fix the problem? The 2004 season is pointless. The computers did their job with 3 undefeated teams. Guess what that is how it is. Can not even beleive you bring that up considerings Auburns schedule was much weaker then both teams. You have to include a certain # and all my numbers do not lie.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@g6iii Every sport is a business. The more teams in the playoffs the more money is made. The less teams you have the less fair it is to 120 teams playing for a spot. NASCAR even runs their shitty playoff race thing with roughly 1/3 of its drivers. Rankings are pointless but when it comes to playoffs it has to be done fairly. Just watch and see dude. If they do a 8 team deal it will be no better than the BCS. You eliminate to many great teams PERIOD.
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@g6iii The regular season is the play off. Everyone has a chance to play their way in. That is what people for some reason argue against. This year sorry Bama was elimiated. You see you say you could careless and I am arguing with no one. Yet you are so adiment about trying to prove me wrong when all the numbers I have given you are the truth. Any play off has to be designed fairly so yes you have to take a certain amount. That is apporximately 1/3 to 1/4 of the league. If I am wrong then
josh19852008 2 weeks ago
@josh19852008 "The regular season is the play off."

@GAUNTTJ It has also been implied that this could not happen two teams from the same conference. You starting to see a little bit of hypocrysisy here? Losses would matter for one team but not another.

@josh19852008 They need a human vote and stop letting th computers so everything cuz everything is wrong...like letting Bama get a rematch in the BCS and screwing over OKST. Just wrong
LumberjackFan1234 3 weeks ago
@LumberjackFan1234 yea but OKSt lost to a unranked team, and bama lost to the number 1 team at the time and it wass only by 3 points with out a touch down. so why do OKST get a chance at it instead of bama?
GAUNTTJ 3 weeks ago
@bhamsbesttjones We are great! We were great the first time we beat y'all in Bama and we are great now! Of course y'all have better coaching, Saban is a fucking NFL coach and that's why were kicking all ass then!! But hey, we are gonna murder y'all next year..!!! Geaux Tigers!!!!!!!
LumberjackFan1234 3 weeks ago
@LumberjackFan1234 Saban was horrible in the NFL. Really that has nothing to do with it. Some coaches are good at the college level some are better at the NFL level.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@clinicalreaction Shut the fuck up u racist son of a bitch! Plus we were better ...but LSU beat themselves., kinda like what y'all said happened to Bama on Nov. 5...!
LumberjackFan1234 3 weeks ago
I just love how all these "roll tide" fans rant on and on when they had no business even being in the BCS Championship game. They forget to thank that pitiful team from Iowa State, otherwise Oklahoma State would have been in the game against LSU, and LSU would have handled OSU without much problem. Alabama ingrates forget to thank ISU - "that" is why they were in the BCS game, and for no other reason.
guyfroml 3 weeks ago
@guyfroml they had all the business in the world being in that game the score proved it They should be playing against both teams combined blind folded an and their legs tied together and they wold still win by a touch down and a safety. We cant depend on the feild goal kicker

@stevemtc1 A typical "bubba" comment.

LSU BEAT THEMSELVES .
T1BrutaL 1 month ago
@T1BrutaL No Alabama is a better team period They actually won the Nov. game
stevemtc1 4 weeks ago
@stevemtc1 They did? but I thought LSU won that game.
guyfroml 3 weeks ago
@guyfroml LSU did win that game both sides played great defense but had LSU had all the points they should would or could have gotten vs the points Alabama should have gotten then plus the out playing Alabama did. I feel logically they won that game but thats neither here nor there LSU or Alabama deserved to win.
stevemtc1 3 weeks ago
@guyfroml When it was all said and done Bama out scored LSU 28 to 9 should have been worse like 10000 to nothing or may be 15003 may be a late field goal or something. Ya know Im thinking that Bama should be playing in the Super Bowl as well maybe against both teams or a double header or something. Then bring in OSU for a consolation game Saban can do it he would win all 3
stevemtc1 3 weeks ago
@stevemtc1 Jim Bob, you rant like a fan with the IQ of a pet rock. Bottom line and fact: the ONLY reason Alabama was in the BCS Championship game was because OSU blew that game to Iowa State...but don't take my word for it, go ask anyone that has anything to do with the BCS polling system. On the BCS announcements show they even said OSU blew it.
guyfroml 3 weeks ago
@guyfroml No the human element is what screwed Ok St. They take the human element out of it and Ok St gets in. They either need to let the computers control it all or move to a playoff system. Letting the computers decide but then have a human vote only messes things up.
josh19852008 3 weeks ago
@josh19852008 whay should OKST get a chance at it they lost to a unranked team. Bama lost to the number one team by only 3 points
GAUNTTJ 3 weeks ago

Jordan Jefferson cost LSU that game, period. Jarrett Lee should have played, or even Mettenberger. They couldn't have done any worse.
Yeahuh0Kay 1 month ago
@Yeahuh0Kay You have made the key point...how could they have done any worse than the "terrible" performance they had. And that's they point Hebert was making. When Bobby's right, he right.

thank you herbert for saying what was on every single LSU fans mind! put in lee and you have something diffrent, sure he may not be as mobile as jefferson but he can get the ball down the field, he brought you to where you were, he only threw 3 picks this whole year! and 2 of em in that first bama game, you got to admit the LSU offense was better with Lee. and im sad that he didnt get his chance to play in this game.
gannon1op 1 month ago
I love it! Les and LSU are good but never will be great! Nick Saban made LSU and left yall with some pieces that Les picked up, but they are starting to wear off! You guys are horrible!
We as Bama fans love Jordan Jefferson, he can come be our water boy whenever he wants!

(ps. Miles got a cool million to fix the game).

it was rediculous, not atleast giving lee a chance in it was stupid coaching, 40,000 fans calling out jarret lees name paying for those outlandish ticket prices deserved atleast seeing Jarret out there get a freaking chance, he after all helped get them there and jefferson was off his mark the entire night, should have got him out at the most by the beginning of the 4th, just the way it is.. Hebert being an ex quarterback could see the flaws jefferson was portraying that night..poor coaching..
Scottner1234 1 month ago
Les is SUPPOSED to support his players on and off the feild. Thats his job. Its also his job to prepare his team to play in a Championship game against Alabama who we were LUCKY to have won the last time we played. After the offense struggled in the SEC championship game, Les should have focused more on the offense for BCS Championship. Obviously, they were not. Les IS a great coach. However, there comes a time when he has to put TEAM before Player.
PMG28 1 month ago
Funny how soon people forget ... Miles has done good by LSU. The loss was tough but they'll recover. The coach was correct in supporting Jefferson (after the setup/fight) and he was right in starting him Monday. I guess you fairweather fans also forgot about Lee's last Bama game start, and his tendencies. As for Hebert he's still a crybaby; mad because his son isn't a starter. When he was with the Saints he sucked and he still sucks.
Geaux Tigers!
upt123 1 month ago

Yes Bama played a near perfect game but the LSU game plan was poor, execution worse and the coaches had no answers..
txkevin1313 1 month ago
