  • Recommending to christians.

  • Who we are in this life is ALREADY a judgment from God, it is KARMA from the 3RD world, that is 3rd time earth was created and destroyed. The appointed people and their roles, it is GODS STORY. God had Israel kill, and it was God who killed everyone in the flood. It is God who decides a persons fate. I am only saying that what God did, he did for a reason that was approrpriate for back then. Modern people idealize this world like it were F-ing burger king, it's not. Death is just a summons...

  • This totally deserves more views...

  • What the hell is wrong with the christians on this channel?!!

  • @Bingie420

That's right, let's stop whining about God-commanded Genocide! He's God, He's on top of things. If he orders people wacked, then He's got a good fucking reason for it and the little mortals should STFU before he wacks their asses too!

So people should just SHUT UP, get with the program... or BURN!!

Because the God of the Bible is basically a spiritual Mafia don...

  • That's right stop complaining about it it's your fault you gotta be so sensitive and can't deal with a couple of battles that had to take place not no one else's , besides Gods exist whether you like it or not. Who the are decide it you don't anything.

  • Those people that God took off that land had worshipped fales idols and were wicked but also in those times people fought all the time this type of thing was normal. That's why the laws in the Old Testament and New Testament are a little different. When God gave the law to Moses he talked about an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth but when Jesus came he talked about peace and turning the other cheek.

  • @Bingie420 And why would the creator of the universe lower himself down to the "moral" code of barbarians?

Jesus said that the old testiment still counted. This is the same God after all.

  • @Bingie420 It isn't an atheistic trait to have basic morals, it's a human trait you sociopath!

Get off the internet and move to a 3rd world country if you feel like that.

So the systmatic killing of men, women and CHILDREN by your God is fine to you?

And you wonder why we want this shit gone.

  • I don't understand what your trying to say about God. Are you an atheist or just an agnostic? Or do you believe there is a God and that He's just an evil, vidictive bully that hates His own creation? If it's the last one, then we're all in deep do-do.

  • I think that there is likely no such thing as a supreme being when taking into consideration the entirety of biblical scripture as well as current scientific understanding of cosmology, astronomy, geology, archeology, and biology.

The point of the videos are to compare what the god of the bible is said to be with regard to his characteristics and nature with what he actually says and does in the bible. In my estimation, they are incongruous.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • i think the bible shows an excellent example of what you have in store for you,if the last one is true...i chose not to believe anything,i know things, and i don't know things, but i never believe anything.

  • you make some damn good videos!

  • holysine...

I have tremendous respect for you and your husband. Most people would ease out quietly, or just hang in there and go thru the motions, just to keep from running into all the headaches. You all met it head on! That is commendable!

I made my move several years ago but didn't go thru any of what you did. I wish more people (Xians) had the honesty & integrity that you & your husband have.

  • Nice grammar.

  • Very good video! I find it interesting that god would want to destroy the very people that he created but weren't the "chosen ones".

  • If you actually read the Bible you'll find that Yahweh is suprisingly similar to Hitler.

  • Yes, it is quite likely the most repugnant character that was ever written into a book. A morally depraved, evil, thought-crime-punishing monstrocity.

  • God enjoys murder, rape, and the slaughter of children (including the unborn). God is not great.

  • Worse, even. At one point in the story he kills EVERYONE (except 3 people who then went on to reproduce incestuously)

  • yeah you're doing really well debunking all this stuff. its a pleasure to watch :)

  • This is just a repeat of part 1. Musta learned that lesson from The Left Behind Series. Simply repeat the previous chapter with empty promises of something new coming later. You've killed your own point, which means you dont have a point.

  • If you have something specific to refute, do speak up and *be specific*. Thanks for watching.

  • @wanshei I know murder and genecide are often followed by slavery, but how does this up do her point?

  • @SuperMerlin100 her point is bullshit because the "men, women and children" that they wiped out were of the nephilim and descendants of the unpure blood lines. If you go by the bible then trace back to why God chose Noah. It wasnt because Noah was such a good guy it was because his DNA hadnt been interfered with by the fallen angels. She makes a point based on misinformation.

  • @wanshei "unpure blood lines"? I would think the creator of all things would be able to fix that.

Or stop it from getting that way in the first place.

So your God isn't evil he's just unbelievably stupid.

May I point out that there are other examples given. Your excuse ignores God's power. And why aren't you defending your "she's repeating pt 1" excuse?

Here's a far better excuse. We know the flood didn't happen. So there's no point arguing about it.

  • @SuperMerlin100 Truth be told "the flood" can be found in the epic of Gilgamesh. The 'unpure blood lines' is the fallen angels who tampered with the DNA of mankind which God wasnt having. And he did fix it, his way. The flood did happen it just wasnt the way the jewish agenda based bible tells. There is ample evidence of a global flood because there are many layers of sediment as the waters receded. Scientific evidence. As far this video being pointless its simply a repeat of part 1.

  • @wanshei Baka. a single flood can't form layers let alone layers that are made out of heavier materal then the ones below it, layers of materal that can only form under dry condensions or deposits that fit together with other deposits on different continents!

this was the first hit that the Earth was old. It is evidence agaist the flood. get a geology text book and learn something!

    Floods form graited bedding.

Slavory is owning people. Genecide is kill an entire people.

  • I feel the main lesson here is..

    Don't believe everything you're told.

Use your mind to decipher reality, deception, and mistakes.

  • Holysinecure, you have gained a new subscriber!! Thank you for this series :)

Everything you have pointed out here I felt when I was in the church. The more I read, the less I wanted to know.

If God is the source of the highest sense of morality, we have no hope as a species.

  • Wow. You must be a teacher. These topics are very well broken down!

  • you tend to do that when go through something like her and her husband did.

  • Hell yeah!

  • Biblegod is evil.

  • Outstanding series... ★★★★★

    Katalyzt

  • another great video. everything is perfect.

  • subscribed! you are criminally under subscribed! I'ma writing you a ticket =/

  • Brilliant series!

  • You should make this a response to part 1 instead of part 3 since you already have a link to part2b in the video responses.

  • I think the background music volume should be a little lower.

  • You are correct. This video series was our first ever attempt at video editing and by the 6th video, we are doing a lot better with the voice over quality, music track volume, and general video editing.

    Thanks for watching!

  • Congratulations to both of you for breaking free from your indoctrination, especially in the face of powerful social pressure.

It is delightful to hear of a couple who managed to do this together, supporting each other along the way, rather than being blown apart when one wakes up to reality while the other one stays in lala land.

    Stay strong and enjoy life.

(And read Stranger In A Strange Land by Robert Heinlein!)

  • Very informating series. 5 Stars.

  • Outstanding video. Share this with everyone.

  • "Hier kommt die Sonne..."

great stuff. Will have to use this...

  • This is great work that you have done. You are saving me from reading the frickin' holey bubble. Came recommended by qualiasoup.

    5*

  • how can people follow the stupid bible? its fiction!

  • I love your videos. I am a seeker of the truth and I applaud your work. Five stars hands down.

  • Most of this is applicable not only to Christianity (as you claimed), but to all major religions. I understand that this series is about Christianity but it is not correct and impartial to say that these religion-covered crimes are only found in Christianity.

  • Very true. And we believe these morally corrupt acts maintain their malignancy regardless of the religion in which they are framed.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • SintherX-YOU ARE DEAD WRONG! Have you ever read the Koran?Obviously not b/c it clearly says that the OT is also the word of Allah twisted by "the people of the Book".It mentions this over & over again in it & clearly condones it.nuff said.peace.

  • Old Testament is Christianity and Judaism not just Christianity.

  • Hiroshima and Nagasaki violated those same laws, yet the US was not judged at all about anything. But that's besides the point.

  • I think I cried. You are a very powerful in your narration.

  • Sorry for taking so long to comment, it seems YouTube arbitrarily decides when to alert me to comments!

Thank you for your kind words! It takes quite a bit of time choosing the right words to articulate thoughts on these topics in a lucid and powerful manner that conveys the requisite urgency and seriousness they deserve.

  • On a side note, I found Rammstein playing while you're alluding to Nazi war crimes hilarious. Also is the later track from the 300 sound track?

  • Hah! It wasn't by design.

(this is in the video description)

    Music used in this video:

    Octet,3rd mvt - Felix Mendelssohn

    Sonne - Rammstein

The Hot Gates - Tyler Bates (300)

Carmina Burana: O Fortuna - Carl Orff

    Patricide - Hans Zimmer (Gladiator)

    Sorrow - Hans Zimmer (Gladiator)

  • That'll teach me to read the description.

  • Hah! No worries, I don't mind repeating it because we listen to a lot of music to choose what we think is appropriate for the video.

  • Always lovely to hear of people letting their reason guide them and escaping from the middle ages. It must have been hard. Congratulations.

  • There were a few shining examples of humanity amongst the bad behavior, but it certainly didn't go off without a hitch.

    Thanks for your comments Nuckpang!

  • Hey, thanks for what looks like a really good video series. I'm forward to the rest of it. I was so sorry to hear that you were treated that horribly by your church when you left. No one deserves that kind of crap for thinking.

  • Terrific! So very well executed.

    Those scorpio-pops are a nightmare.

  • Thanks NYCFin, and yeah those lolipops *are* scary :)

  • How can imperfection descend from perfect systems?

Why can't an omnipotent being breach the law of non-contradiction?

    You're an idiot.

  • I answered this long ago and you refuse to allow for plain truth. Man created imperfection and corrupted a perfect system. We would not know imperfection if the system were not originally perfect. You are assuming, invalidly, that the creation is inherently God or perfect do to God's natural perfection. He created perfection and man, the creature to Whom He imparted free will, corrupted that creation with the introduction of SIN. I will not answer your falacious argument again.

  • You CAN'T answer.

If sin is in the system, god created it.

So, either sin is perfect, or god isn't.

It isn't I who refuses to see simple logic, m8.

  • NO, lupo. Allowing the development of a system that has free agency, is NOT creating evil. YOU CANNOT USE THE COMMUTATIVE PRINCIPLE IN ETHICS!!!

Anyone making a decision does so by their own will. If God allows decisions, He is not responsible for the outcome. You are blaiming God for your own lust. Grow up. Take responsibility. Denying your own decisions will not get you out of prison OR hell.

  • No.

The fact that sin did not exist before the advent of free will, places the blame for the creation of sin on the creator of free will.

If you wish to say that man created sin by CHOOSING it, then you must admit that sin was there for man to choose apriori.

  • No, lupo. Wrong again. Sin was the proof of free will. No sin could be commited if there was no free will because whatever an automotan does is the direct intent of its creator. If Adam had no will then nothing he did was sin as it would comply with the express intent of God.

Apriori all you want, but, your argument is invalid. You are using wrong definitions and arbitrary start points. Make your argument from sound definitions and real chronology, please.

  • No, Xtian, wrong some more.

You tell me I'm wrong merely because I choose definitions and start points which you do not agree with, not because you have a stronger logic that refutes them.

In order for man to CHOOSE sin, sin had to have BEEN there for him to choose.

The items on the menu need to be inplace before you can choose pie over cake.

At BEST all you can say is that sin and free will arose at the same time... and they BOTH have the same creator.

  • You're forgetting that God also created evil. If God knew that Lucifer would turn against him and bring millennia of suffering and darkness into the universe, why did he create him? Isn't it fair to say God sees some purpose and usefulness in evil? But is evil not considered to be imperfection in God's eyes?

  • Taylor. God did not create evil. Again look at my response to lupo. You cannot blame me for YOUR choice. Just as you cannot blame God for lucifer's choice or Adam's choice. ALL of ethics is based upon the assumption that man is responsible for his own actions.

Evil is the result of sin and sin is evil. But, sin is merely the disobedience of God. A sin may not be reprehensible like eating fruit that God forbad. Didn't sound evil but resulted in the corruption of the perfect earth and evil.

  • You're pretending that evil came into existence at the point when Adam and Eve ate from the tree, but what about the serpent? Satan existed and became the "embodiment of evil" before Adam and Eve disobeyed. So evil, according to the bible, was not the result of sin entering the world. Nice try though.

I'm also not blaming anyone, because I don't think any of it's true. I'm simply pointing out that evil was created by God when he, in his omniscience, created Lucifer.

  • No, I am not, Taylor. YOU are wrongly defining evil. satan had fallen, but, had no authority over the earth which existed before his fall like man did. Man lived for maybe 125 years or more before Adam sinned.

Evil is the product of sin, not sin itself. Actions can be called evil, but, only if there is a God and His law is immutable. Are you an atheist, Taylor?

  • So are you saying that Satan was not evil until Adam and Eve sinned? Why was the serpent tempting Eve to disobey God? Evil might've come into the world and humanity after the fall, but was it not present in Satan prior to that point?

Yes, I am an atheist, and if I may anticipate your question: no, I do not believe in evil of a religious sense.

  • satan was not evil incarnate. He was sinful but could not cause evil. Man had to surrender to satan and cause evil as man is material.

According to your world view there is no evil. There is no imperfection as there is no perfection. What is "is" if anything is. You have to presuppose that God exists in order to claim evil or even to make your agument work. That is the fallacy of lupo's constant contention. There is no perfection without God, therefore, any IMPERFECTION is proof of God.

  • I'm merely presupposing the existence of God (and religious evil) for the sake of illustrating the self-enfeebling view of evil and God as presented in the bible.

Quite a convenient thing for you to claim imperfection proves God, but your assumption that perfection necessitates a God is unproven, taken from the bible without evidence.

Even so, if God created Lucifer and placed the tree in the garden, knowing full well what would follow, he must see some (at least temporary) purpose in evil.

  • YOU CAN'T! IF there is no God as you claim, your argument fails. Its only premise works if there is a God and that defeats the argument. & claim ain't convenient, it's true. No God, no evil, no imperfection.

As for God's purpose, if there is no choice, there is no choice. Even without satan, Adam would have had a choice. Nevertheless, God has the right to do anything He likes with His creation. You should be glad He is righteous and fair. We could have been ants under a magnifying glass...

  • Ugh. I've been easy on you till now, but this is too breathtakingly stupid. Of course my argument only works if there is a God, that's not the point. I'm saying, "if the bible is true, God created and uses evil to accomplish his own purposes". If this were not the case, then why does he allow it to persist?

We ARE ants under a magnifying glass btw. Your God is the same God who came close to wiping out all of humanity several times, but had to be talked out of it by his "prophets".

  • ...and wasn't talked out of it with regards to Sodom and Gomorrah...not to mention the worldwide flood that killed all but 8 humans...not to mention Lot, who was tortured merely on a bet with Satan. And on and on.

One wonders how apologists compartmentalize "god's mercy" with his obvious lack of caring for humankind.

Ants under a magnifying glass, indeed.

  • You confuse "anything" with "everything".

    Amateur.

  • There you go telling people that they can't define things without god as a point of reference.

    It's a load of bollox.

  • Many thanks for posting this important video.

  • Thanks for the comment QualiaSoup.

  • Nicely done.

  • 3:31..."quite disturbing". LOL

But seriously, the Bible genocide fact is the one argument against the Bible that Christians have NO defense for. There is a sickening attempt in Lee Strobel's "The Case for Faith" that would make Hitler proud, though.

  • nice, but this video needs more cowbell

  • LOL.

  • what religion did you leave?

  • bible belt conservative (non-institutional) church of Christ
