And what was the point of the long horn blast?

@sharppointy1 The horn blast is to signify that they are switching to defensive operations and that if any firefighters are in the structure they are to evacuate immediately. This is done because the structure has become too unstable or the fire is too dangerous to do interior operations.

I'm sorry for the homeowners loss...it looks like a total loss, What was the cause of the fire? Well, this is like the best volunteer FD I've seen so far....that was fast.

The owner told me that she had just had a sears man come out and work on her stove the day before. She said she heard popping coming from the kitchen. She said that fire was shooting up from the stove in the wall. She said it must have been electrical. Sears could be sued. It is still under investigation.
