personal preference, however the arch bar provides better traction i reccomend both but the arch bar is a good idea if you use alot of wax because of cost and all unless it isnt a problem then both

Get an arch bar. There only about 15 dollars and it's worth the money because the traction is a lot better and you can feel if your foot is where it is supposed to be. And it will save you money in the long run because you won't have to keep reapplying wax.

never throw your board. just drop it. and drop it when you step with your backfoot, that way you can jump on wih your frontfoot, this makes it easier to jusp the distance onto your board

dont ever get victorias the blow so much i had a carbon polyvac for less then two years used it for one summer and half of this one and somehow the nose got a litte hole in it the first summer i was using it..it gradually got bigger and finally half of the top of the board just ripped off
