  • Akyvernhtos : to be honest..for demonstration purpose : my right leg is better than my left..

  • use and the other leg the left.

  • so good! your hard work and practice is paying dividends. well done

  • Your kicks are awesome.

  • itf blows, ots Comunist TKD

  • @bklyncosanostra 1. Great job spelling communist. I think you missed an m somewhere in there. 2. Try fighting someone who has really trained in ITF. Then, and only then, you will be allowed to say if it "blows" or not. 3. Even if "Comunist TKD" existed... ITF is the traditional style of TKD. If General Choi Hong Hi hadn't created ITF, no other style of TKD would exist.

Long story short... You sir, fail as a troll.

  • @christianpunk20 Couldnt have said it better myself.

The only people that say stuff blows are the ones that cant do it, or dont have the mental capacity to be able to do it.

BTW, to the person who created this video, jeez, i wish i could do that. I've just started up TKD again after a 6 year break and i'm starting again at my last grade (Blue stripe). I've lost all my flexibility and it's slowly coming back. I wish i could have the sort of stability you do.

  • hi i really like this video, Suska has amazing skill and i hope to train with him if he comes to the UK with his master Jerzey Jedut in August. You're pretty close to the skill Suska has, I can imagine the labour of love that you've put into replicating some of his skills cos i do the same with guitar solos! I'm blue red tag so way off your skill and even further from suska, but i congratulate you cos this is impressive stuff, and really shows the awesome technique and skill of ITF taekwondo

  • Nice! Very nice! You have total control over your right leg, and that it´s impresive! I can´t do that, haha. But what obout you left leg?

  • now this guy is good, nice controled kicks.

  • Well done:-)You will be like Jarosław:-)Taekwon-do is a way of life , there is nothing around it.

    Greetings from Poland.

  • he has thighs of steel.

  • Awesome keep up that work!

  • i am sure you can manage more than these

  • very good!

  • OMG! 180 degree sidekick is easy for u!! this is the legend side kick!

  • Good!

i need to stretch more :( lol

  • Excellent work!

  • man, u do well, nice video :)

  • hey, im just wanna know.. is splits influence to the kicking balance like what you're doing?? Or it also influence to lift the leg high in the air?? Coz now im in black belt, but I can't do it like you're doing.. need some answer please...

  • hi,let me explain it to you, split is the main factor to be like this,it gonna help u to raise the leg high in the air, after that,u can plus strength to u muscle(thigh) to hanged the leg more longer in the air..so become blackbelt is the time where u can read the ART after long time u spell it when u r colourbelt..gd luck..

  • @fyz4127 Infact strengthening your glutes would give you better results than your thigs/quads. Sounds gay, but it's true.

  • By the way- You've got black belt in which Federation: ITF or GTF?

  • I'm not a teacher ;) but I want to create my own style. In free time I'm reading a lot of martial arts books (e.g. Bruce Lee: Tao of Jeet Kune do; Tai Chi Chuan, Jujitsu, Aikido bla bla...). If Youwant to make stronger your kick try to use f.e. nerio chagi (axe kick) so when your leg will falls dawn stop it on a half of a meter over the ground, try it 10 on 3-4 series. If You want to make better Your style learn vital points striking, control Chi,learn how to fight in every distance and posture

  • what is the name of first song??please fast!:D

  • I agree with the slowing kick & strenght relation... If you can do it slow, you will be able to do it fast and technique will come automaticallly correct. By the way... Im still a colour... with my Dan exam Closing on me (Fear ;) My problem with slow kicks is that my kness are kinda injured, he. I don't know how to explain it english but I have an inflammation behind the patella sinew or someting like that and it can hurt.

  • nice video !

  • You need to run a lot if You want to make stronger your knee. In my past I've had a lot of injures (e.g. knee injury) but i was running every day ~7-9 km. So now I'm training Taekwon-do, Jeet Kune Do and Boxing and my legs are strong and more resistant for injures. Taekwon

  • thanks for the tip... I have been running half of December and January until a week ago 10 k every two days over soft surface (grass and earth) but i had to stop because I fatigued my ankle (hehe i always find a way) but with some ice and rest im feeling better to continue.

Are you a teacher on any of those disciplines? because if you arent I dont know how you can work for a living and do all that stuff! ;) Its great though, Id love to do so much stuff.

  • But what the hell. I'm working to elimininate it, with a bit of kinesiology and lots of ice. So, for now, I'll settle down at aiming to be able to control my legs like you ;) I've already managed to get my stretching capacity a lot further, thanks to your inspirational chair exercise (and similars that ocurred to me)

    Well... Good Luck.

Oh... I almost forgot... Breaking boards for me is 90 % my head and an almost despicable 10 % my skills.

  • wanna be like suska?... so did i until i saw him and person nd saw how unbelieveably crisp he is!! dont know if that level is evenattainable!

  • Btw sorry for the question, but what is the second song called? :) thx

  • the second song was by WC - the streets.

sir, very good kicking ability, Mr Suska is brilliant technically!

don't forget that he is amazing at kicking with his left leg too, you need to balance your leg training on both sides also he works on extreme speed elements too, slow kicks are great but i've learnt that from my master slow kicks don't break boards!

good luck becoming like Mr Suska!

  • thanks..really?never see his left leg in action..disagree with you about slow kick,if you can control ur leg doing the kick slowly..actually yoy already have very good strengh for kicking..dont beleive?try ur self to hang ur kick in the air, then you will feel pain on ur thigh, for us,we dont feel anything,so we already have the power to kick...and of coz breaking triple boards...

  • very true point sir, doing juche, eui-am & our kicking drills, i find that slow kicking helps build my muscle strength as you said but for breaking you must use an element of speed or you must have extremely hard hands & feet to strike slowly! as master choi jung hwa said, to create true power you need speed x force x mass. i don't mean or intend to start an arguement, just a friendly discussion of opinions, afterall, we are all part of the Taekwon-Do family. taekwon sir and all the best

  • don't worry..we can discuss anythings..i'm open minded person..you study under General Choi son?so lucky ha...

  • the second song was by WC - the streets.

  • houston....i like that...

  • oh and i'm 180 pounds and a 2nd Dan. Blew out my ACL twice and tore my miniscus a couple months ago, slowed down my testings :x

  • I will say, this stuff get's really difficult the bigger you are.

I have trained in Taekwondo for 11 years, same style as this video's poster and jaroslaw, I am 6"3 and i have 36 inch legs. I have control and muscle development similar to both of them.

It's all practice. practice and proper dieting. If you eat two bags of doritos a day you will never do anything like this.

  • can iask u something ... how did u can like put your leg on the air high ??? and long ?!?! ... is it because ur leg don't hav to much fats or what ... ??? right now im blue red tape ... be4 im getting black i wanna know how to put the leg on the air with a long time ... can u gimme some explanation ...?? thanxx .. reply2

  • yes u can..hmm the best answer for the hanging thing,u must have very good muscle in ur thigh...so if ur leg is small, thin,so u can't achieve that...so keep train ur leg harder ok...just keep watchin suska video...it will improve u

  • what are some exercises you can do to strengthen your legs? will weight training work? and if so, what kind of weight training?

  • Cool stretching :) I should try that with the chairs cuz I'm really bad with the stretching- I'm only blue belt :((.

  • nope, please don't...u will hurt urself if u does that...coz u are new man...u need more time to get flexible 1st b4 try the chair thing...

  • extremely impressive, may i ask how long it took to achieve such flexibility, control and strength?

  • hmm maybe around 2 years...for the leg strength to hanging in the air...before that 2 years, just keep improving my flexible to the higher level...

  • Nice Control!! Im currenly red belt and I am really far from that. I have to get to work more my leg strenght and my Right leg strectching capacity because ive been kinda injured and really feel them too different. By the way... the chair thing was a little bit suicidal, you just hold it with your legs or was there something else? ;)

  • thanks..by the way,you must remember 1 things, nothing impossible if u beleive in urself,my motto....haha there are no props to done that stuff...just split between the chair...

  • Btw dude when are you planning to get IV Dan ? Cuz u're better than most of IV Dans in my opinion :)

  • hmm haha...actually only got my 3rd last year...so still have so many time to improve...for me,to become 4th dan need a lot of experience, perfect skills, lots of idea, got some respect from everybody, hmm this is my opinion...so i need to become perfect...after that,i will take the grading....by da way, thanks 4 the compliment man...you so lucky got teach by Mr Suska

  • check out my 2 new videos with Mr. Suska :)

  • done...its superb

  • That's awesome stuff man, it's tough trying to build the hip strength up that high. Keep it up!

  • thanks man..its take a long time to achieve it..now i'll keep improving..thanks 4 ur support man...

  • Very nice, I'm Blue Belt and we work a lot on leg stength in class, floor drills keeping the leg up and stuff like that, Jaroslaw Suska is my hero, and if I had a video I'd put it up, because I can do a lot of the techniques he does, I just need to see about getting my left leg equal to my right, then I bet I would be pretty good. Working on it, but awesome. Your kicks are very nice.

  • oh you jaroslaw suska student?hmm can u share how he train yours in his class...exspecially about leg controlling..you think you pretty good, send some video man..wanna see Jaroslaw Suska student in action..haha

  • pretty impressive. you are a first dan? good job.

im more into sparring than patterns

  • nope...3rd dan..hmm every one have their specialities rite?

  • congratulations, you are really good!

If you want meet mr Suska we invite on Summer Camp in Poland!

  • thanks man...appretiate that... :)

  • Its for me big award - I have met mr Suska personally. I see him only 10 days in year (Summer Camp) but thats ten days give me motivations for trainings on all year. It is

wonderful and crazy but true. You can watch Jaroslaw Suska and his show in Summer Camp 2005 in my movie.

Im waiting for next movie ;)

  • BTW i take back the more on ur knee thing i was talking and typing @ the sometime on the same sub i was giving my lil sis advise Btw she is 7 kup and is 11

  • hmm you just see me in my next video ok...just wait..

  • hay man i am only 8th kup but if u want my advise i think u should work on one thing that is as gd as him then work on the rest and the work on being better that him.

p.s i think u should try to bring ur knee back a bit more when u do a side kick (in am ITF and 8th kup)

  • not that well as Suska, but still very impressive. i wish you luck, keep on improving!

  • yeah i know still to much things to improve...i'm on my way...

  • I forgot you guys left ITF a while ago. A bit after the worlds there.

Why do you want to be like him? You should strive to be better.

A good start, use both legs, not just one!

Make sure to form a good attacking tool. A couple times they seemed a little sloppy.

  • Actually he is a world champion in pattern...so that's why i want to be like him..his leg is good..actually i train my both leg,but for demo,i choose the best one..

  • True, he is 3 time patterns world champion. But why only train to be like him? Always train to be better than the best. For all the control he has, I personally think he lacks power. Although he seemed stronger this time in Quebec.

  • hmm sometimes u'll need someone to inspired/motivated u...so that's why i want to be like him...hmm yeah...he win again this year...

  • man you are wicked! im part of (well one of) the itf england teams and you can probly out kick alot of us! post some more videos soon!

  • hey man..ITF England team?hoho...u must be a good tkd learner right?hmm..by da way,i keep trying to improve myself to have high skills on pattern and good leg controlling...more videos?hmm ok...just wait n see...

  • Just say congratulations! and keep going!

    remeber allways you can more

  • thanks man..i'll keep try harder next time..i'll remember your motto man,ALWAYS U CAN MORE...

  • BTW I wonder if you know mr Lyonel Tan from Malaysia, he was on the camp last year, and probably will come in this year as well :)

  • hmm his from ITF rite..??hmm actually don't no bout him coz i'm from GTF...

  • Dude really nice, and btw if you want an advice from mr Suska you can come to Summer Central TKD Camp in Poland, it's really cheap, and he will be one of the instructors, it's 10 days camp, every year many participants come from abroad (Malaysia, Germany, England, Ireland, Russia etc.). Check lewart(dot)pl site for more details :)

  • tq..hmm actually i hv no time..now was busy with my work...can't flight to Poland..

  • thanks 4 the compliment..i'm really appreciate that..mr.jaroslaw suska is from your country right?send my regards to him ok..

  • Well i'm also 3rd degree and must say that you're really good.not everyone can be like suska but you're on a good way to achieve it. Keep goin'. Nothing's impossible!

  • o.o dude, you rock it, i want that elongation!

ah, by the way, phisics tells us that if you try to use the hip normaly when you peformor multiple dolio chagi you'l get off balance,

  • thanks..

  • hey man, i´m just 4th gup blue belt, but i really thing you should try to keep an eye on the use of your hip when kicking and getting back your leg a little better after performming side kick

  • yup..i just try to do it after see mr jaroslaw video..so need a little bit of time to done that perfectly..
