  • hey .... i tried to do the same thing but my solid state HD is 8gb .... but when the MAC OSX 10.5 is about to finish installing ... it says install failed and that installer could not make the computer start up from volume .... now i tried to start it up from start up utilities and it starts up but once i reach the backup section of the start up i choose "do not transfer my info now" then continue.... but it just resets it self to the welcome screen....if u no please comment me back....thanx

  • have not tried it with an 8 GB I have a 64GB SSD. Sorry but you need a 32 GB to make it more or less usable.

  • is this with the SSD or HDD? the current one is with a 160gb HDD

  • Is this with 1GB or RAM or 2?

  • Sleep mode *should* work if you have USB legacy disabled. I haven't yet got a mini9, but shall be ordering one in a couple of weeks.

    It's quite amazing how quickly they start up!!

  • Yep it's really fast the only thing I probably would want is longer battery life. Also as an fyi the bluetooth headsets work great. I'll try the legacy usb later tonight thanks for the tip.
