Oh I hate it when people ask me how I am because I want to answer honstly but if I did answer honestly I think they'd be like "Ummmm okay then."

For example:

Friend: "How are you?"

Me: "Well I'm alright, but I nearly witnessed a guy getting shot. Then I got a chip stuck in the gap between my sharp fang like tooth and the one next to that. Then my boyfriend and me were talking and six young children, that hadn't even reached puberty yet, started shouting abuse at us!?"

I always find it funny when you see someone and ask, "How're you?" They always reply, "Good thanks" and not "My dog just died; my stocks are tanking; and I'm thinking of joining a cult." If people answered honestly, I'm sure we'd all stop asking how we all are very quickly. :P
