  • which phone is this????/ and whats the the name of the theme u r using....? I LIKED IT...

  • Are you using @SHlFT's "Just Clean" icons? And I have a Titanium Backup Review as well!

  • Great Video. No nonsense, just what you need and just what the doctor ordered. Thank you very much :)

  • Thanx

  • Thanks.

  • Thanks bro! Really helpful vid!!

  • @chonichon07 Glad you liked it...thanks for watching

  • One question. I want to use it to restore my desktop configuration: folders and shortcuts... How do I do that?

  • I like the way you explain the app only vs app and data back up. makes sense that if we are wiping caches and roms why would we leave traces behind in the apps themselves. Haven't heard anyone else put it this way. good video.

  • Hey mate. I've just rooted my desire. I'm looking to recover internal memory. I've moved wot can be moved to SD but am still low. Not ready to remove bloatware just yet. I understand that lots of memory gets taken up by crap thats left behind when u install and uninstall apps. I woz wondering, if i backed up apps and system data with Titanium, and then wiped my fone (after a nandroid backup of course), would i recover said memory after a Titanium restore of apps and system data ?

    Thanks.

  • @PermT Dont bother backing up system anything, just apps/data

Basically just follow the video, backup apps or apps/data and when you flash a ROM and restore that backup it will install them to /data not /system then you do any bloatware removal you want...when you do a TitBckup restore always remember to reboot afterwards....the same goes for removing bloatware, always reboot and be careful what you remove

  • @PermT So basically yes you would recover some memory but if your not removing bloatware from /system then all you are uninstalling is in /data(3rd party apps) so when you reboot after uninstalling the app, yes, it removes all traces of it from phone

  • @scoolis no you dont need to backup system

  • Do u have to backup the system apps

  • thank you!! ive been looking for a video like this for awhile. good description of everything.

  • nice review bro , I'm pretty sure that it's faster when the screens on I because the processor runs faster and gets things done faster, but I'm not sure , might be If u have setCPU on with screen off profile with lower processor speed, helped me out alot
