No it's actually a house. Remember its location in Salt Lake City...and it's build date in the 1800's. Those people had wives(plural) to accommodate. Anyway if you want a real adventure, read the ebook at youngadventure.
Its not an old house, i think it's more likely that's it's an old Hotel. 16 bedrooms and an elivator but with only three public rooms and a tiny garden.
