@dadabee38 its 2011, not the 1920's. Evolve your conciousness, awaken your awereness and see with an open mind and realise that the only one that suffers is you, the only one that sees wrong in love is you, anf if god put us in different parts of the world its so we could find each other - that's one kickass hide and seek game!
These guys were on tour a couple of years back. I saw them live I think in 2006. One of the best live shows I've ever been to. I love this band and I've bought this album at least 5 times.
i love this song . i think we all ive seen a mr. wendal on a corner or a street never really paying attention to them. this is so poetic, and talks about people having less than others but making the best of what they have. love the beat and when the lady makes that noise and guy just goes mr. wendal, yeah
The clandestine subterranean facilties should've aborted me @ age 40 with a "dollar" . But that's whole premise of secret Israeli human weapons activity in the U.S.. Take it to the limit, via synthetic telepathic/neuro-impulse weapons, and commit the egregious affronts to human dignity imaginable and see who cares and, well, kill them too. END ALL AID IMMEDIATELY TO ISRAEL
Ahh man this is hilarious! I remember watching this ish on MTV way back in the day. I remembered the hook one day out of the blue and starting singing it, my gf was like "what the f@&K?!" gOTTA love youtube for having this stuff around to show. Mr Wendal
I remember when I was growing up, the Mr. Wendal's of the neighborhood told you stories and talked some sense into you. Now there are just alot of dirty old men who's looking to get the satisfaction of sex from a young girl, even boy. I miss the real Mr. Wendals from back in the day.
what has rap become these days? It is all the same bs chick with nice ass shoot a mother f**ker big rims. There is no talent. I would call this genre of music soul rap.. Good stuff. Peace from a white person to a black person. We are all brothers we just evolved different.
When i was like 8 or 9 back in barbados i use to love this song but never understand what his messages was till i got older and i read his lyrics. love it more still to this day & im 25. true hip hop. yea i listen to luda, jay, jada all those guys but hip hop die after 2003.WELL for some people . but if u dont believe its dead. listen to songs like whack flocka . shitt i rather listen to talking on the radio first
OMG!!!!! I remember singing this song with my sister when I was about 5 years old. This was our favorite song. We used to think it said MR. WINDOW!!!! LOL. What's crazy/cool is that the leader Speech and I go to the same church (Greater Atlanta Church of Christ)!!!! He's an awesome guy!
Great lyrics going straight to the heart, straight to the mind, awakening a social conscience, an intellectual sensation, somewhere in the realm of our being.
