@serdar368 Did you format your SD card before you placed the files inside it? That might be the issue. Try reformatting it and then placing the files back in.

@ferret834 it depends on the version of yoru dsi xl. Go to, System Setting, top screen, lower right corner displays your version. R4i v1.4 card does not work on DSi v1.4.1. R4i v1.4.1 is backward compatible with all DS/DSi version

@CwalkVido You can create a "Game" foler for all your game files (*.nds). Leaving the game files on the root directory will work too.

my daughters has a dsi with firmware version 1.4e she has a r4i card labled v1.4 recently it came up with an error saying "please upgrade hardware for latest support firmware" i have tried upgrading the r4i card firmware from lowest version numbers right upto the lates version 1.30b i downloaded this from the address on the r4i card but i still get the same message, can anyone help please?

hey guys i see people having issues with there r4i. make shure you have the red box sdhc r4i on the back it has the url for r4i-sdhc.com. there was a fake r4i 1.4 that comes in a blackbox and it does not work at all.
