With a good lawyer, and the video for the judge, I'm almost POSITIVE that the charges would be dropped or at the very harshest, charged with misconduct, or maybe public intoxication......both misdemeanors. The cop pretty much got even by punching him, and set him free because of that...

Getting on the police officers motorcycle was not the best idea. However a Police officer is not allowed to punch a citizen in the face or anywhere else unless they are defending themselves from an attacker. I think it would have been more honorable to let them go. They didn't do anything and the worst they could have done is knock it over, which would have cost us, the tax payer, not the cop.
It's nice to see another citizen not contributing to the economy because he was put in a cage for nothing. It's good to know our tax dollars go to such a good use.
