IDK. I think it boils down to pure preference of the manufacturer and styling because I'm sure both, the S600 and the 750 or 760, have all the bells and whistles. Personally, I wouldn't know which one to pick. The S600 does have that twin-turbo V12 though... :)

The L in iL is for "Lang" and means "Long". Both versions of the 7er is considered to be a limousine.
