@LeshaAnn I think cause different cultures except the way God manifest but we here will second guess it. I do know that GOD will manifest the same way in this video here in the USA cause i have seen it with my own eyes. I think it just depends on how you submit to and accept Holy Spirit!

@LeshaAnn i dont think its about that culture i think its how people accept God..some people wont let God move because they think its strange or their scared..like some churchs look down on stuff like this and they rather sit in church silent and look dead.i have experience god like this and i didnt know what happenedd but felt brand new afterwards :)
