Its easily fixed. Capitalism! The economy favors smart and hard workers. Unfortunately it favors greedy opportunistic people as well. Lazy, unskilled, uneducated people take the weight of the flaws... its not perfect... but there is no better solution thats compatible with human instinct. "self preservation"
