I don't think Drake's acting abiliities and his singing disqualifies him as a rapper. Being an actor doesn't automatically disqualify you. This goes back w/ rappers needing to have "street cred" to be able to rap. That's just not everybody's story. Hip-Hop started off as an outlet for blacks to tell their OWN life stories through. We created our own genre to make room for the ppl who didn't have an outlet for their story. The same acceptance we aimed for w/ our music we take it away on a whim
