Sorry about the late reply, you can find the P-Up, D-Down in the Riverside station. It's in a zig-zage maze with three spiked parabuzzies in thr room.

That one is in a huge room with two yellow item boxes, along with the P-Up, D-Down badge and it has Dry Bones and Phantom Embers in it.

I'll explain that. During my first set of Paper Mario TTYD videos, the lacked a lot of stuff I missed such as getting all of the badges, star pieces, recipes, etc. I deleted all 62 videos and updated them with more in-depth features by collecting everything. I don't know how many parts there will be but I will assume there will be at least 160-200 parts in total since this is an in-depth walkthrough.

well its prob the longest game i have ever played

but its addicting to me

you run a farm and get a kid and the way you act or do with your kid determines what he will be when he gets older and thers like 7 chapters or 8 but its very good...
