@MIssTouver It's his style. Honestly, I love it because usually the media just brown-noses whoever they interview. Mike knows what he's doing and he pays for it sometimes, ie. some founders and CEOs won't talk to him, Carol Bartz the Yahoo CEO told him to fuck off on TV, some guy in Germany spit on him, etc.

You have to remember it's his style of media and what he wants is a reaction. You can't feel neutrally about him, either you hate him or love him. He interviews 100s of people, no feelings

@MIssTouver My guess is your context for seeing this is buying or selling on etsy and seeing this because it's about etsy, whereas for me I saw this because I read his blog,where he berates everyone he interviews. So, in that context, I totally get your dislike for him.The truth is you don't get anywhere asking questions that aren't provocative -- but I know from tracking etsys growth since it's inception that the quality of sellers and goods has increased, theres a lot of great stuff on there.
