It comes with really nice earbuds, high-end version and cord/wire is very solid. Did not see a case or pouch with the new zune originals, but the previous zune original had a pouch

Whoa! Looks like they changed their packaging, mine was quite different.. Didn't have that, " ORIG INA LS " thing on the front. Heh. and it opened like a normal box, not a book.
