That is elite speed. Look at the knee lift and hip lift at 0:15. That is the trademark of a top level sprinter.

That was a good Husky team, but it wasn't quite as good as the '90 and '91 teams had been. That team was undone by a couple of things. First, Steve Emtman's decision to not return for his senior season. Second, the whole Billy Joe Hobert affair. That team was 8 - 0 when it went to Tucson and lost to the Wildcats. It later lost the Apple Cup (the "Snow Bowl" in Pullman) and the Rose Bowl to Michigan. A disappointing ending to an otherwise pretty good season.
