This show is definatly way better than the Universal Orlando show! Stage and lighting was amazing, their singers are way better, and their host was better than the one in Orlando. I wish I could have seen it live!

Thanks crappco for make me remember my childhood at Universal Studios, that was my favorite show, every time I remember how wonderful it was watched Beetlejuice's Rockin' Graveyard Revue.

Always I visit Universal Studio I wish that show never end, was and is one of my favorite shows.

Every time I watch other videos of this show, I compare it to this 99 version. This video is THE video for me, the perfect performance. The chemistry for the cast was there, the singing was amazing, as was the dancing. No other cast I've seen has it going on like this one. JR has got to be my favorite Beetlejuice of all time beside Keaton himself, and I dream of meeting him and Ray Garcia just to say thank you for giving such amazing performances. I watch this excellent video all the time now.

It's the same theater that the Creature show uses now & Conan The Barbarian used decades ago. Yes, it was always enclosed. You can watch our other Beetlejuice shows from 1993 & 1994 which were in an outdoor venue. - Team Crappco

I've only seen the Orlando version live, and it is WAY different than this one. While I definitely prefer that one to this, being a huge fan of the show it's still kick awesome. (Minus Drac's almost mullet here. Seriously guys.)

I don't see why they saw it fit to cut it. The one in FL has been running since '92 or so, but it's on a way smaller stage.

They ought to bring it back in Hollywood. BJ's sound effects during the wave punishment are AWESOME.

But without no Beetlejuice there, I kind of have lost interest in ever going. Beetlejuice was the only thing I cared about, when someone would mention Universal Studios to me.

I like this Hollywood style much better then the Orlando version and I would had just loved to see the Hollywood version live.

Sailorcometh - We're very glad you like the video. Although there's been no Beetlejuice show at Universal Hollywood since 1999, the character is still there most days, wandering around, posing for pictures & being just the right amount of disgusting. Never having been to the Orlando park, we've had fun watching some of their videos on YouTube.

By the way, just in case you haven't noticed, we've also posted videos of earlier versions of the Hollywood show from 1993 & 1994.

It was expensive to run and Universal wanted something new. This September will be 10 years since it closed and this spring, Universal Studios Hollywood will debut Creature From The Black Lagoon - The Musical. Seriously. We have absolutely no information other than the title.

emerald825- As far a we know, it's still in Orlando. The Hollywood & Florida always had different version of the shows with different characters and different songs. The show may also still be running in Universal Tokyo.

Made my first comment while still watching BJ in beg of show..now that I've seen the whole thing I have to comment on first of all the great video you put together. I'm sure the cast is glad to have it as a reminder of the show. Well done. Must admit the show seems more Rock N' Roll than the Orlando version.

That being said and taking nothing away from the talents of these folks I prefer my peeps in the Orlando cast. Maybe I'm just partial cuz I know and love 'em. :)
