The red sauce called = gochujang which is korean chili sauce. it is really good for this bibimbab Yum~!!! but it's not made out of beans. I just want to correct you. And the right way to eat bibimbab which to mix with your chopsticks and eat with your spoon! ^_^

You are using the wrong hand to hold the chopsticks. Chopsticks no matter in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam... are always held with the right hand. NOT the left one.

Rice is just white rice. But yeah, you are mixing it with Veggies, Thick pepper sauce, and meat.

Bi-Bim-Bop is amazing. You should give it a shot. There is also something called Dol-Sot-Bi-Bim-Bop which is Bi Bim Bop heated in Korean Stone Pot.

It is all possible. what it goes out come around. I lived in Japan for 4 years. You need to know how to behave yourself in restaurant. My japanese friend who is working as a waiter told me he spit on the food if some customers are rude or look ugly or have no manner. He said that his coworkers also do that and mixed leftover food on the plate before serving to the customers.

That's horrible! I can understand wanting to spit in the food of rude customers but actually doing it?! Worse to do it or even want to do it just because you judge somebody as ugly! Things like that should get people reported, not encouraged by co-workers. People should be fired over that sort of behaviour. I hope that "send leftovers to next customer" thing doesn't really happen all that often. That's gross too.

I always use a spoon to mix my Bibim Bap. If you haven't tried yet, try Dol Sot Bibim Bap. It's a hot version that is inside a heated stone bowl with an egg on top. It is very good. For the cold style you're having, I prefer no egg. Hope you enjoyed it!

This is actually Bibim bap, bokum bap is when it's cooked in a pan. Bibim bap can also be served hot in a stone bowl, the one shown here is the cold kind. And the sauce isn't red bean, red bean is a sweeter type of paste that's used commonly in deserts. The one eaten here is gochujang, a kind of hot pepper sauce.
