Squall - Multihitting Limit

Zell - Multihitting Limit

Irvine - Multihitting Limit

Selphie - "Cheat" for instant death" limit

Quistis - ... no

Riona - Angel Wings + Meteor combo.

if you dont mind cheating, Selphie is the best. Rionas plan only works with a party, Quistis is awful, Zell Irvine and Squall are dow to preference really. I normally pick Squall but Quick Shot is awesome when doomtrain'd.
