Flips are not Parkour at all. It's useless moves. It disrupts the flow, there aren't realy any use.

It's not Parkour either. It's just jumping or what you wan't to call it. Lol, he don't even roll proberly. Parkour is a method, the art of movemens, It's being strong both physical and mental.
