The picture in the back doesn't have anything to do with heroin. All I see is a spoon, as well as smoke rising from it. Honestly it's a pretty cool picture. But I love this song.
To me the picture looks like a spoon held over a candle, with smoke coming off it. I think it might be hinting at a bible verse which speaks of how God refines His followers the same way gold/silver is refined in a fire. If this is what the picture is referring to, then I think it is fitting as when God refines us, it can be difficult to see the bigger picture/ trust God and we need to take it one day at a time. I could be wrong, but that's my take on it.

Taking your own life is not what God has planned for you. Pray to our Lord who is in heavan. he will give you guidance and show you the light to his will.

He told my father how i felt. I know it's hard, I spent 4 years under depression, just wanting to end it. I am 16 yrs old, and it started when i was 12. The night that i finaly stepped out and claimed the healing by His stripes, everything fell together. Fight through the pain, there is healing just around the corner. GB

@LillyIsBored being reborn is something that happens spiritually. We were born into a life of sin and being reborn is a transformation that happens to us spiritually when we put our faith in Jesus and what He did on the cross. Like it says in 2Corinthians 5:17 "If you are in Christ, you are a new creation, the old is gone and the new has come!" Meaning that you become a pure creation in God's eyes who no longer has to endure His wrath for your sins. And yes, if you let go, you can believe:)

what i experience was pain pretty much as great as he did but well there was no good that came from the 15 yrs besides one person i love.... the one i'm there for always and well it will fade it always does nothing we can do about it and well there is no one there for me and our suffering doesn't but if he is real then why does he make those people who got raped suffer all those people that got hurt......sure his was greater but its kinda the same to those people if not worth...

To ruin relationships through sinful behaviors is unloving, not only to yourself, but also to others. Also, by ruining your health you are not treating your body as the temple of the holy spirit, something the scriptures also command (dishonoring yourself and the G-d who created you)

To reconcile his behavior is not to say I believe in Jesus and the power his sacrifice and continue sinning, but to say I believe in Jesus and the power of his sacrifice, and attempt to live a sound life in response to that belief.

@LillyIsBored being reborn is something that happens spiritually. We were born into a life of sin and being reborn is a transformation that happens to us spiritually when we put our faith in Jesus and what He did on the cross. Like it says in 2Corinthians 5:17 "If you are in Christ, you are a new creation, the old is gone and the new has come!" Meaning that you become a pure creation in God's eyes who no longer has to endure His wrath for your sins. And yes, if you let go, you can believe:)

The question is not whether He is everyone's savior, but whether everyone is willing to except Him as their savior. If you still do not feel like you have a close relationship with God, go to a room by yourself for about an hour with a bible or just music like Jeremy Camp and Chris Tomlin on. what i experience was pain pretty much as great as he did but well there was no good that came from the 15 yrs besides one person i love.... the one i'm there for always and well it will fade it always does nothing we can do about it and well there is no one there for me and our suffering doesn't but if he is real then why does he make those people who got raped suffer all those people that got hurt......sure his was greater but its kinda the same to those people if not worth...
