It seems like having the mast on the lee side of the hull is not letting the hulls flotation resist the heeling, and when the boat is not moving the foil is not helping either.
No the hull floatation is resisting but wind is extremely high in scale terms ...As well if mast was on weather side? The foil is of a very low displacment and in the video is free to allow rotation of hull.
