@hesteaeble Yes, it's a big advantage. The tuning is similar: the four highest strings of a guitar tuned up a fifth (GCEA instead of DGBE, with the G up one octave). So most of the chord shapes will look very familiar. Make sure not to play with a pick!

Worth clear medium. I have 'em on most of my vintage ukes. I use Aquila's for my "new" ukes.

This is a 1920s Martin style 2, that usually sells for around $1000-1200 on Ebay. You could get an equally fantastic style 0 or 1 for somwhere between $400 and $1000.
