you must have windows vista ultimate, it's called windows dreamscene, or Stardock makes one called dreamscapes or something like that, it's not hard, but you must have windows vista ultimate to use windows dreamscene... it's easily downloadable. just search for it...

i think you have to have Stadock Deskscapes, which is free, just search for stardock deskscapes.. then you have to have dreamscene.. But I am pretty sure you must have Vista Ultimate, at least that's what it says on there website...
