I let the presents pool up in my inventory as I constantly change accessories and clothing. He doesn't check if you have a present already unless you're wearing the same thing you approached him with. All you do is go inside (or outside if you were in a neighbor's house with lights off), change around accessories and clothing to look different, then he gives you another present. I paid off my last house debt doing this. Easter, Halloween, Harvest, and Christmas Eve are the best times to pay off.

You will not want to do this more then a couple of times because if you do your town will be messed up like mine is i was messing around and went to my b-day and now there are a lot of weeds and a bunch of people have left so if you want to have i really good normal town i would just wait till the real days come OR just change it when it gets closer to those days or else your town will be really messed up

you could do that once, OR you could put a bunch of different outfits in your pocket and after he gives you a present change. go into a bunch of empty houses, pretend like you didn't get any, jingle might be their to give you another present. thats how you get everything in the collection. all over it will be worth over 100,000 bells

you can do that but its faster to go to halloween every year and find Jack and give him candy that you get on Bunny Day and he'll give you furniture which you sell to nook for good prices.
