What the hell is the "speed cheat"? There are no cheats used. If you're referring to to Turbo Mode, then realize the best time doesn't save if you use cheats. Besides, the WR using Turbo on Dam Agent is :25, way faster than this, is pretty easy to distinguish.

Reduces lag. Saves about 1 second for every 60 seconds of running.
