That's the life of a Freight Dawg. I fly C402Bs for a freight company in NC. About 2weeks ago I landed at KRIC with the WX at 100 and 1/4...I'm still kicking myself for not setting up my camera for that approach ...would've been awsome footage.
Sure it's legal. Once you get down to mins, if you can see any part of the approach lights and so on you can go down to 100ft above TDZE. Once there, you can usually see the rwy, buuut... I have gotten down to 100ft above TDZE and not seen any part of the rwy because the vis was around 600RVR or less.

what you mean WX @ 100? are you talking ceilings? 100' is damn low! =) is that legal.

But 100ft OVC and 1600RVR is definitely doable.

you must feel confident as a pilot being exposed to those condiitons alot.
In my Instrument Rating training the worst I had was Broken at around 900' !
I can't wait to fly an aircraft with a panel that works.
Sick of flying without AH's and DGs around thunderstorms
